LAST MINUTE AUGUST. House with garden and large veranda, in a quiet and verdant residence on a hill 200 meters above sea level. Characteristic furniture, recently renovated and equipped with every comfort. Ample internal and external space characterized by a garden and a large veranda with a table for 6-8 people and a fully equipped external masonry kitchen. Additional rear terrace for storage use. Interior environment consisting of living area with sofa bed, dining table, 48 inch TV and small kitchen, and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. The furnishings include the use of natural colors and materials for the realization of finishes, lighting, etc. The large outdoor veranda equipped with a hammock and deck chairs and surrounded by white curtains allows you to spend moments of true relaxation savoring the sounds offered by nature. Access to the beaches is possible thanks to a shuttle service and in the residence there is a large swimming pool, tennis court, soccer field and spa. Wonderful and multiple equipped or more pristine beaches nearby, such as the famous beach of Porto Pollo, known to Windsurf and Kitesurf enthusiasts. 1.5 km boats for the islands of the Maddalena Archipelago. Ideal area for bicycle, hiking, horse, fishing and golf enthusiasts. For families, an ideal place for recreation, there is an entertainment service in the adjacent building that will delight children even on the beach. Also in the nearby Palau shops of all kinds, a nice playground and the typical Sardinian market. The area is famous for the many resporantini with typical cuisine from which it is possible to enjoy splendid sunsets.

Very nice vacation apartment

I felt very comfortable, especially the quiet bedroom I personally liked very much. In the surrounding Appartent, I have met only friendly Italians. Chiara was always available and I could raise all my concerns. The beach is about 11 kilometers away. I had a car so it was not a problem. The small quiet village is exactly as I imagine it. I will come here again!

Wir haben nicht eingecheckt. Die Umgebung ist desolat! Umliegend Abbruchgrundstücke und Bauruinen. Die Fotos müssen steinalt sein. Das Hotel, zu dem der Pool gehören sollte, ist längst schon geschlossen und baufällig. Das Inserat ist unseriös, eine Touristenfalle. Wir haben uns so geärgert!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Chiara, qui est très agréable et très bien équipée. Le coin est magnifique et très bien placé pour visiter le Nord de la Sardaigne. Chiara est absolument adorable, accueillante et arrangeante. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Encantador apartamento en un tranquilo pueblo cerca de la playa.

El mayor punto a favor de esta encantadora casa es el cariño que los propietarios han puesto en equiparla y decorarla. Todos los detalles están cuidados para darle un ambiente marino y encuentras todo lo que pondrías en tu propia casa de vacaciones. Tiene un pequeño jardín, agradable y con buena privacidad. Hay que contar con que los espacios son pequeños, de hecho realmente no tiene dos dormitorios, sino uno dividido en dos espacios separados por un biombo (por lo que es muy apto para parejas con niños), pero el salón da a una amplia terraza cubierta con cocina en el jardin que es donde realmente se hace vida. Hay que contar con que la piscina no es propiamente accesible desde la casa, está en un hotel contiguo y hay que pagar por su uso. Aunque el apartamento no tiene vistas, San Pasquale es un tranquilo pueblecito en lo alto de una atalaya desde el que tienes unas estupendas vistas a toda la costa de La Maddalena. Para nosotros fue un estupendo punto para visitar la zona noreste.

Very nice accommodation in very good site

We had a great time in this appartment with our family (2 adults, Kids 15 and 17). Fotos fit perfectly to reality, we loved the outdoor kitchen very much and we found everything we needed. Village of San Pasquale is nicely located in the mountains (quiet) but you can get very quickly to a lot of nice beaches and small towns (Palau, Santa Teresa). Both accommodation and region is highly recommendable to spend relaxing but also active holidays (Surf, Kite etc.). Thanks as well to Chiara and Marco for the nice welcome and all the information provided to make our stay a really perfect one. Grazie!!

Unica per essere una "casa vacanze"!

Esageratamente unica direi... mi piace viaggiare e mi piace scegliere da me il posto in cui alloggiare e questa volta direi che fino ad ora è stata la scelta migliore! Ho soggiornato con il mio compagno e la bambina di 4 anni dal 3 settembre per 7notti, siamo arrivati la sera tardi e non appena aperta la porta mi sono sentita a casa. Il profumo di pulito se respiro profondamente lo sento ancora adesso! La casa pulita e profumata sono per me due ingredienti essenziali per affittare in vacanza, è fatta su misura per una famiglia con bambini (Sofia gli ultimi giorni la chiamava la "sua cameretta" figuriamoci!). La cucina esterna è ottima sopratutto se si cucina pesce tutte le sere come noi! Arredata nei dettagli con uno stile molto shabby chic che io adoro! La località di San Pasquale non è sul mare ma vicina a tutto (a pochi km da Palau, da Santa Teresa e dalle bellissime spiagge) e il borgo dove si trova l'appartamento è particolarmente silenzioso e tranquillo. Lo sto consigliando a tutti! Grazie Chiara per aver reso la nostra vacanza ancor più confortevole e unica! Arianna

Meravigliosa ....

Abbiamo soggiornato da Chiara e Marco a fine luglio, con l'intenzione di visitare il più possibile la parte nord della Sardegna, appena arrivati ci ha accolti il sig.re Marco , la persona più simpatica della vacanza .... È stato talmente gentile da consigliarci giorno per giorno spiaggia posti e ristoranti , una persona " fichissima" . Le spiagge che abbiamo visto sono qualcosa di emozionante ... E il posto al centro di Santa Teresa e palau ci ha dato la possibilità di girare il più possibile . Senza perdere troppo tempo stando vicino a tutte e due ( 15 min Santa terrsa e 10 minuti palau). Consiglio vivamente per i più sportivi porto pollo anche la sera c'è uno stabilimento molto bello e giovanile!! Ma per il resto il bello è girare il più possibile ( Marina delle rose , la marmorata, spiaggia del principe, la Maddalena ). Per ultima cosa la casa ........ Una bomboniera curata in ogni piccolo dettaglio in stile sardo, un'amore. Un grazie di cuore dell'ospitalità. Riccardo e Francesca.

Una casa muy bonita

La casa es muy bonita, bien decorada, en una zona tranquila, muy bien equipada , . Ideal para ir con niños. Muy bien situada , cercana a varias playas , a Palau , Teresa. El jardin de la casa ,con su cocina y mesa exterior es muy útil y agradable. Hemos estado muy a gusto en la casa, la dueña Chiara, es muy maja , Muy recomendable. Volveriamos sin dudarlo.

Great appartment!

We had a great time in the appartment! The appartment is stylishly decorated and has a nice little garden. Our 2 kids loved playing in it. We especially loved the outdoor kitchen and BBQ to enjoy every meal outside. The amenities in the apartment matched the description on the website. The airconditioning is good and silent. From the small town where the appt is located, it is very easy to reach a number of great beaches nearby. There are some good restaurants nearby and within walking disctance there is a small shop to get fresh bread and basic groceries. In conclusion I can definitely recommend it. We hope to be back!

Absolutely delicious! the house is fully furnished , complete with all necessities , clean rooms , a beautiful outdoor veranda , a landscaped garden , comfortable and equipped with every necessity for children , the beach accessible by car perfect for sports and families . House in near by car to wonderful places, islands, ports, little restaurants on the beach, villages and beaches to visit. . Quiet house, good welcome, kindness , taste and facilities ! Bravi !

Casa comodissima, pulita e con arredi semplici e molto raffinati. Molto gradevole da vivere anche il giardino ben tenuto e curato e gli spazi comuni piacevolmente discreti. Situazione comodissima per chi ha bambini. La casa è situata in un punto strategico della Sardegna: occorrono pochi minuti di strada per raggiungere spiagge spettacolari o le imbarcazioni per la Maddalena. È stato un soggiorno splendido! Torneremo in estate!

FANTASTICO!!!

a partire dall'accoglienza carinissima con tanto di marmellata e dolci fatti in casa, devo dire che ho trovato tutto fantastico, spazi ben organizzati, borgo molto silenzioso, arredamento molto bello armonioso e curato con gusto, per me poi che ho due bimbi di 3 e 5 anni, gli spazi interni al borgo sono stati indispensabili ed apprezzatissimi per loro,ho avuto anche modo di usare la piscina dell'albergo che sta difronte casa., molto comodaa per i bambini! casa tra le altre cose fornita anche di giochi e piscina gonfiabile,.
