The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with Freeview TV and en-suite bathroom, a king-size with Freeview TV and en-suite shower room, and two twins with zip/link, along with a bathroom and a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there are several patios, main patio with furniture and barbecue and pizza oven, as well as ample off-road parking. Private fenced garden surrounding the property. Within 0.9 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.3 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Cot and highchair available. Note: The sofa bed can sleep up to two children and will need to be requested in advance for a flat fee of £50 to cover addition cleaning and laundry costs. Dining options include Clubhouse Bar & Restaurant, Lakeside Horam, and Trawlerman Fish & Chips, while you can stock up on essentials at the well-stocked convenience stores and petrol station. The town of Eastbourne, home to the Eastbourne Miniature Railway, the Royal Eastbourne Golf Club, Eastbourne Beach, Treasure Island Adventure Park, and the Eastbourne Lighthouse Museum, is conveniently located not far from the village. The Mount Edgcumbe, Dunorlan Park, and Sherwood Lake may all be found in Royal Tunbridge Wells, which is located further afield.
