Take in the dawn light from the terrace of this hidden and highly sought-after Marina di Pietrasanta Villa. Tucked away near the beating heart of the city, along Via Astoria and in just 100 metres from the beach, this comfortable yet spacious home includes generous living areas, a veranda with garden and private parking and rich bedrooms complete with 3 bathrooms. Guests are just moments from the beach promenade which is just 100 metres away.

Air conditioning (1 unit) is located in the corridor, so it freshens bedrooms only if bedroom doors are left open.



COMPOSITION:

Ground Floor: living room, dining room with kitchen, bathroom with shower, laundry room.

First Floor: corridor, 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.



Check-in is between 3 pm and 8 pm. A late check-in is possible with an extra fee of Euro 50 up to 11 pm, plus Euro 25 per hour for each extra hour.

Great location, spacious, with everything you’d need for a beach holiday in the beautiful area. Slept 6 adults and one baby comfortably. Elisabetta who manages the property was helpful and friendly and responded to questions and problems swiftly.

The process from beginning to end was easy, Claudia was lovely and incredibly helpful making check in and check out easy. The villa was spotlessly clean, and a perfect space for 4 adults and 2 children. An easy walk to the beach and plenty to keep up all occupied. Would definitely recommend. Nothing

Übergabe der Wohnung hat super geklappt. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Daher passt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht.

Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und man kann an den Strand laufen. Der Garten ist schön gepflegt und man kann gut draussen sitzen. Das Haus ist grosszügig. Es hat viel Platz. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet. Das WLAN ist schnell.

Haus fußläufig zum Traumstrand in der Toscana

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten, sehr italienisch eingerichtet. Alles Wichtige ist vorhanden, alle Räume sind sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Das Haus ist ca. 8 Minuten fußläufig vom Stand entfernt. Viele schöne Beachclubs liegen hier dicht beieinander. Die Betreuung durch Beatrice war sehr professionell und sehr herzlich. Wir haben uns auch sehr über die Gastgeschenke der Eigentümer gefreut. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
