Just 5kms from the town of Lefkada, the house is in short distance from all amenities and sandy beaches of over 7kms long.

The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating 4 guests with possibility to extend to a total of 6 (two children in the double sofa bed). One bed is queen size (1.60x2.00), and the other one (1.80x2.00) which can be separated to two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, hobs, oven, fridge, freezer, French coffee machine, capsules espresso machine (Dolce Gusto), toaster, kettle, washing machine, to name a few amenities.

Outdoors, there is a large garden space surrounding the house from its two sides. Orange and lemon trees, olive trees, pomegranates and apricot trees create a totally nature-connecting setting.
