Nice short break

The accommodation was spotlessly clean and well presented, there was no contact with the owner so no problems, our only concern was the lack of a handrail on the stairs and the design of the top landing between the two upstairs rooms both need addressing.

We stayed there as we were waiting to move into our new property.

We stayed there as we were waiting to move into our new property. It. Was perfect for our needs. The only issue was the lack of a stair rail and small landing which you had to negotiate when using the bathroom in the night .

Nice property, but stairs unsafe

The property is in a great location for walking the North Downs Way, close to a railway station and village amenities. The staircase however does not have an adequate landing at the top and there is no handrail. The bistro set of garden table and chairs stated in the description was not there. The property was well equipped and clean.
