Experience the beautiful white sand beaches and warm gulf breezes when you stay in our chic yet charming studio at the Windemere in sunny Perdido Key, Florida! This beautiful complex offers wonderful amenities, including an elevated beachfront outdoor pool, hot tub, over 300 feet of direct sugar white sand beach and wonderful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Don't miss the opportunity to stay beachfront in this cozy condo that is perfect for a romantic couples retreat!

This spectacular unit offers 600 square feet of living space with an open floor plan, boasting a contemporary beach-chic decor aesthetic, unique artwork and posh fabrics and finishes. The bedroom features a king bed with premium mattress, luxury linens and a flat screen TV. The living area hosts a flat screen TV, floor to ceiling glass windows/door which leads directly to the pool deck and the panoramic vistas of the Emerald Coast.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a delicious meal, or you can grill up the day's fresh catch on the community charcoal grills (there are plenty of local seafood markets for those who prefer buying their gulf fare instead of catching it!) This well-equipped unit also features a washer/dryer, tile throughout, DVD player, premium TV channels, WIFI and a dedicated covered parking spot (a rare amenity in Perdido Key!)

The impressive master suite boasts a king bed with luxurious linens and a premium mattress, a large television and attached bath. The living room sofa can be converted into a queen sleeper affording comfortable accommodations for up to 4 throughout! Additional unit features include a full size washer and dryer, plush 100% oversize bath towel sets.

There was no direction to help find the room. There were no blankets other than one on the bed. No coffee filters (no expected, but would had been nice given a coffee maker). After check out I got messages about check in and check out rules, like it was just starting. I never received any direction about checkout prior to check out.

From the previous pictures that were on here I thought it was a private balcony but when I got there I realized people were walking by and looking in. There were no chairs to sit in outside. It wasn’t very comfortable but was clean. You might as well get a hotel and not pay all the extra fees. I spent over an hour talking to Vrbo and got nowhere.

Great Times at Windemere Perdido Key

We had a great time on our beach vaca at Windemere! The unit was perfect for our little family! Our particular unit had a "studio" set up, but it was perfect for us. Everything was clean and the beach was super accessible. Great stay!

Perfect beach front condo!

This condo was wonderful! Right on the beach on the first floor (of rooms). Easy access to everything! Pool was right outside of the balcony door and beach access and parking was great. Perfect for small family, couple or friends.

My family and I loved our stay here! My only criticism is that there is not a lot of privacy for the bedroom and no cabinet space for groceries. I would definitely stay here again- price is right!

This was a perfect spot for us.

Great Place!

My husband and I recently stayed in this lovely condo. All new appliances, super comfy bed, and extremely clean! We watched dolphins swimming from the balcony, a nice SHORT boardwalk to the beach, nice pool and covered area for grilling! Tina was always accessible and able to answer any questions. Would definitely stay again. Most accurate and nicest VRBO rental I have had in quite some time!

Perdido Key - Spring Break '23

The condo is well located between Pensacola & Orange Beach. We liked it because there were many other families there and it didn't seem to be a party spot. The property is freshly remodeled and was very clean at check-in. The beach access couldn't be easier and the view of the beach from the unit is amazing. We woke up many mornings to dolphins swimming across the water!

Great Stay Beautiful Place, but no balcony.

Thia was an incredible stay, on the same story as the pool. Please be aware, that being on the same level as the pool it is one of the few condos without a private balcony.

Couple getaway

Tina's unit was absolutely perfect! We had the most amazing view of the Gulf and even saw dolphins some mornings. The unit is stocked with everything you might need. It was very easy to access the pool, parking, the outside grill and the beach. The restaurant recommendations were also wonderful. We cannot wait to book for next year. It will be our go to place.
