We were 5 sisters celebrating 1 sister birthday and her daughter It would have been nice to have at least 3 keys since there was 6 of us It was very nice , easy to park Realize this was may and not high season

Family Spring Break

We really enjoyed the well updated condo that included spacious bedrooms, great bathrooms and all the updated appliances with plenty of kitchen items for eating in. Beach access was simple along with the pool and hot tub. Location was peaceful and quiet as described. We ate out twice and located two really nice restaurants. We will visit again.

Very clean and comfortable

We stayed for a week with family. This is our 5th stay at Sandy Key but first in this unit and it didn’t disappoint! Everything was very clean and the ample seating was nice! Can’t beat the views. The only negative was there were not crab crackers but we just bought some and left them for the next guests. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful Getaway

The property was clean and well decorated. We loved the close walk to the beach and the pool. Great restaurants were a short drive away or able to be delivered and having a full kitchen available to us was so nice for the meals we ate on site. This was our second stay in this unit and our 4th overall stay at Sandy Key. We will definitely be going back in the future!

Great place, but wasn’t ready on time

The biggest hiccup was the room was still being cleaned when we arrived at our scheduled time. We had to wait an hour before being able to unpack and get in the room. Also, it would be more convenient to have a key pad then a key to keep up with the entire week. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Overall good stay

My family just left this unit. The location is nice, the proximity to the beach is perfect. Our AC was not functioning properly upon arrival but was repaired in the second night. The hot tub is not functional which was disappointing and we were not aware of this. There was clothing and other items left under living room chairs which made it appear that the unjt could have used a more thorough cleaning. Overall we had a good week!

Get away before school started

We were looking for relaxing time before school started back for the kids. The listing caught our eye immediately. 3 Large bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen and comfortable living area that overlooked the beach! I know I spent a lot of time out on the balcony watching the water (which was like green glass most of the time we were there!) and relaxing. Grocery stores are super close so we did a lot of eating in. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute but could use deep clean

The unit needs a deep cleaning. There was mold on primary bathroom Shower head and in guest room closet. It appeared water had been leaking into guest room closet floor for some time because there was a significant amount of mold along baseboard. The bedroom carpets need a shampoo as well. Other than these items, it was nicely appointed and met our needs.

We’ll Be Back

This property is in a great location with private access to the beach, so it felt less crowded than other beach vacations we’ve had. The beach is a bit narrow as some other reviewers have said, but we enjoyed the sugar sand and the warm waters nonetheless. We walked about a mile East every day toward Johnson Beach, where the waterfront is even less crowded and we could watch the friendly neighborhood heron hunting for his lunch. :) The kitchen comes well equipped with the basics and everything was in working order. We enjoyed the views from the balcony and appreciated the smart TV for our entertainment when we weren’t out by the water. Shopping for the basics is just minutes away, but we did drive to Orange Beach and Pensacola for more restaurant choices. We would love to visit again!

Clean, beautifully decorated condo

Easy check in and check out. Great memorial week. Clean condo. The only drawback was there was a very narrow stretch of beach off of the boardwalk. Some days the water went to the protected sea oats. The condo was great.

Perfect place for beach vacation

Beautiful property on a beautiful beach! This is our second year staying at #631 Sandy Key and look forward to returning next year! My husband and I were married at NAS Pensacola 31 years ago. We still love returning to Perdido Key with family and friends. Thank you!

This condo was perfect for us. We like 3 bedrooms in case our family or friends want to join us. We love opening the patio doors and listening to the surf. and watching the fishermen fish in the morning. it nice that they have start up items like toilet paper, k cup coffee, paper plates.soap and the towel are big and fluffy. We love the location close to good restaurants.and the park to walk in. it is quiet and the people were very friendly. I would differently come back to this condo.....

Great stay. Would rent here again. Great appartment and view. Watched dolphins swimming in the morning. Stores very close easy to get downtown. Bedroom big with great beds. Will try to rent this apartment again.
