Quiet neighborhood

We stayed here for 5 days , it was a little out of the lively city area , but just 3 blocks from the market and the shopping street . It was a great location with many little cafes all around us . What a great city !

Very nice apartment and very communicative host. Easy check in. There were some problems with very leaky showers, and the air conditioning unit in the bedroom buzzed very loudly for 30 seconds all night long, every 20 minutes. The apartment was very clean and had 3 nice bedrooms. And it’s ideally placed within walking distance of old Porto. The elevator did not work which needs to be addressed as well. It’s 3 flights of stairs (in the dark!) to take your luggage. So plenty of good things but pricey for the frustrating things.

This property was fantastic! Walking distance to everything. The apartment was cleaned for us half way through our stay, which was an added bonus. Easy check in and questions were quickly answered. The only problem was the elevator was down a couple of times. Not the fault of the host. When I wrote them about it they responded quickly they would contact the building to fix the problem. I think other occupants of the building were not properly closing the door.

Close to everything in Porto

Great property. Clean and spacious. Close to everything. Had an appliance issue which was quickly resolved via great communication with the property manager. The apartment appears to be a pure rental property rather than someone’s home thus the vibe was a bit spartan.

This was a great apartment for a family! Or even larger groups of 6 - 8 people (although you would probably need a couple to sleep on the couch if you go past 6 though). There was lots of space to be comfortable. A good sized kitchen for an apartment made it easy to cook. The communication was very good from the property management! We had a couple of minor issues, which turnout out to be out of the control of the property management. But when asked about them they were quickly addressedIf I ever get the luxury of going to Porto again with a larger group of people this apartment would be my first choice again.
