Niriides Villas are situated in a privileged hill near the beautiful holiday area of Hersonissos. The 6 stone-built villas are designed to provide relaxed holidays away from the noisy center of the town, while it is also suitable for those who like the nightlife since Hersonissos with all the bars, pubs, dancing floors, etc. is just 2.4 km. away.

All the villas are in maisonette style while the cozy decoration combined with the traditional elements make the atmosphere unique.

Each villa is self-catering and private offering fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, washing machine, iron/ironing board, air conditioning (on extra charge: 50,00€ per unit of A/C per week), safe deposit box (on extra charge: 20,00€ per week), a private pool, garden with BBQ and furnished terrace.

“Niriides” villas provide the following services:
o Check-in during arrival/Check-out during departure (no reception desk)
o Wi-Fi (free of charge)
o Bedlinen and towels (free of charge)
o Sunbeds and umbrellas at the pool area (free of charge)
o Free open parking onsite
o Change of bedlinen: Once per week (at the middle of the stay)
o Change of towels: Once per week (at the middle of the stay)
o Room cleaning: Once per week (at the middle of the stay) / Additional day room cleaning upon request (on extra charge)
o Welcome pack upon arrival (on request and on extra charge 20,00€): water, 1 orange juice, 1 coca cola, milk, coffee, sugar, marmalade, butter and bread.

The overnight climate tax is not included in the rates and is payable on the spot upon your arrival.
