The privately own home is located on the beautiful ocean front cliffs of Bajamar where you can admire fantastic sunsets, watch the whales go south, watch the cruise boats travel on the Pacific Ocean, admire the fishing boats at night fishing or look at your friends play golf over the 18-hole International Golf Course of Bajamar. You can enjoy the ocean tranquility and listen to the waves from the Master bedroom balcony, living room, and dining room balconies. You can also enjoy reading a good book in front of the panoramic views zipping your favorite drink.
The home is ocean front to the most beautiful coast of Baja! Superb Pacific Ocean sunsets!
This location is a golfer's paradise and a great retreat for family enjoyment. The spectacular balconies of the home offer magnificent views of the ocean and the horizon. The home is located walking distance to the Golf Course and Club House where you can listen to music in the evenings savoring tasty food.
The Master Bedroom has a private balcony open to the wonderful ocean views for those people looking for a romantic getaway. There is an interior patio-courtyard with the sound of water fountain and a BBQ. The home is in excellent prime condition and owners have pride of ownership.
In Holiday and concert times owner reserves the right to rent between 2-3 nights depending on the demand. This can be arranged directly with the owner! Please note if you have more guests than you tell us...we have the right to refuse entrance to the property. Owner is not responsible for injuries or accidents on stairs, balconies or patios. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Owner disclosed the property is not child proof specially on balcony & stairs rails. Please discuss with owner your guest list before arriving. Pets accepted with owner approval and pet fee.
