Located in Cabus de Figus, just 1.8 km from the beach of Portixeddu (8 km from Fluminimaggiore and 7 km from Buggerru), ideal for a stay surrounded by nature; the house is in fact located in that part of the territory of the Municipality that is closest to the sea, where there are houses surrounded by large green gardens: the nearest beach is that of Portixeddu (1.8 km away); in the surrounding area there are also Dido Beach, San Nicolò, Buggerru / Galleria Henry, Cala Domestica, Pan di Zucchero-Porto Flavia, Scivu, Dune di Piscinas, Su Mannau Caves, Temple of Antas, riding school.
Shops, petrol station, ATMs, etc. they are located both in the village of Fluminimaggiore (which is 8 km away) and in the village of Buggerru (which is 7 km away).

The house consists of two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, kitchen/dining room, bathroom, veranda, garden.
It is equipped with WiFi internet, work area with table / desk to store your notebook (the notebook is not provided by us, it is present in the photo for illustrative purposes) and orthopedic chair, 2 internet TV with Amazon Prime, kitchen with oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, pots, dishes, wine glasses, washing machine, iron, bed linen, an air conditioner (hot/cold heat pump) located in the kitchen/dining living area, fan to cool the sleeping area, a portable liquid fuel stove to heat the sleeping area and the bathroom; At the express request of guests, we are available to provide firewood in the open fireplace that is present in the kitchen/dining living area.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with shower inside, toilet, bidet, hairdryer, towels.
Tap water is not drinkable but at home you will find bottled water and a can of spring water needed for the first period.
It is close to the beaches, in an area free of the nocturnal noises typical of tourist centers (chatter, music, etc.) that could disturb the rest, surrounded by greenery, surrounded by a large garden where you can park your car.
In the area there are other private houses surrounded by large green gardens, the disposal of wastewater takes place through a septic tank: therefore, precisely to avoid clogging, it is not allowed to throw toilet paper (or other things) inside the toilet, this must be disposed of in the special external bin located next to the toilet.
It is an area devoid of those nocturnal noises typical of tourist centers (chatter, music, etc.) that could disturb the rest, surrounded by nature and close to the beaches because they can be reached in a few minutes: e.g. e.g. the beach of Portixeddu can be reached in 4 minutes by car along a stretch of dirt road that joins the paved road of Santa Giusta that reaches Portixeddu.

How to get around.
The best way to reach the house and to move from the house is by car.
It is possible to park your car inside the property, in the front or side garden.
The house can be reached along a stretch of the paved road of Santa Giusta to Portixeddu and the last stretch (about 600 meters) of dirt road, precisely because you are in the area of the villas near the sea surrounded by green gardens.
You can reach the beach of Portixeddu in just 4 minutes by car along a stretch of dirt road that joins the paved road of Santa Giusta that reaches Portixeddu, if you want to take a walk you can walk the same road in about 20 minutes.
In Portixeddu it is possible to take a bus that runs the Iglesias/Fluminimaggiore/Portixeddu/Buggerru route (with intermediate stops) whose timetables/intermediate stops can be consulted on the Arst website line 804 Iglesias/Buggerru.
From Iglesias it is possible to take the train that runs Iglesias/Cagliari and Iglesias/Carbonia routes, with intermediate stops such as Elmas Aereoporto or Decimomannu (railway hub for all directions in Sardinia) whose timetables/intermediate stops can be consulted on the Trenitalia website.
