It has two large double bedrooms, one with a double bed of 1.5 metres wide and the second with two single beds of 0.9 metres wide, two complete bathrooms and a very spacious living room. It has a capacity for four people.

Perfectly equipped with air conditioning, communal swimming pool, covered parking in the same building, iron, hairdryer, 1 fan, 1 TV, satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German).

American style kitchen with an island, fully equipped with induction hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.



It has a smart lock to be able to leave without keys, at night it is convenient to take the access key to the complex in case they lock the door.



There is parking inside the complex, so you don't have to waste time looking for street parking during your stay.

The accommodation offers exclusive sunbeds for guests in the pool area, right in front of the accommodation with sea view.



Las Burras beach is located in the coastal area of the municipality of San Bartolomé de Tirajana, in the south of Gran Canaria, one of the most important tourist resorts in the Canary Islands. It is a very popular beach, but its 300 metres in length and 110 metres in width allow you to rest comfortably in a hammock, sunbathing or relaxing under the umbrella. The beach is sheltered by a breakwater, making it safe and quiet, ideal for children to enjoy. Precisely for this reason, this cosy beach of toasted sand is one of the favourite beaches for families.



This beautiful beach of fine sand is perfect for swimming and sunbathing. Las Burras has all the necessary facilities for visitors to enjoy a pleasant stay: showers, cleaning service and sunshade and deckchair rental. It also has surveillance equipment, a special service for people with reduced mobility and a promenade ideal for enjoying a relaxing walk contemplating the wonderful sea views until you reach, if you wish, the neighbouring beaches of San Agustín and Playa del Inglés.
