About this property

Studio 300 meters from the beach. Free WIFI

Located in one of the quietest areas of the South of Gran Canaria and a few minutes drive from the impressive maspalomas dunes.
Making the most of the space, basically promoting comfort, has been my priority when decorating this studio of 40 square meters perfectly utilized. It has a large kitchen with induction hob, 1,80m combi fridge, microwave, small appliances and ample cooking utensils. The independent bathroom with a 1.10 m shower tray has a washer and dryer. The sleeping area has a comfortable double bed of 1.50m and a large built-in wardrobe. Opposite you will find a 1.40m sofa bed where two children can sleep perfectly. And finally it has a small terrace furnished with table and chairs for four people.
At 300 meters from the studio you can enjoy the beach of Bahia Feliz, a beach of fine blond sand, where you can relax and sunbathe (it has sunbeds and umbrellas) On the same beach you have a windsurfing school where you can rent Tables of all types of measures and courses of initiation and improvement are given. You can also enjoy a nice meal at the bar located on the same avenue. A few meters from the studio is the small and charming Shopping Center of Bahia Feliz where you can make some purchases of souvenirs and groceries and with a variety of restaurants where you can enjoy a nice lunch or dinner. Next to the studio is the Hotel Orquidea, which has a pool and spa restaurant, where you can spend a pleasant day relaxing for a small fee. It also has a taxi and bus stop a few meters from the apartment in case you do not have your own vehicle.
The Bahia Feliz Zone is just 26km from Gran Canaria Airport, about 15 minutes away by car. It is here where the tourist area of the South of Gran Canaria begins, known as Maspalomas- Costa Canaria. Twelve kilometers of Costa bathed with beautiful beaches where you can enjoy one of the best climates in the world throughout the year ideal for those looking for rest, entertainment, sports, culture and good food. The area of Bahia Feliz is one of the quietest in southern Gran Canaria, but at the same time close to the most fun areas.

We had a nice stay, the apartment is small but has everything you need expect an oven and a dishwasher. Check-in and -out were flexible, which was great. The location is close to a highway and a big hotel complex covers most of the area around the apartment house. Sadly the beach wasn’t really a beach only a small area with stones behind the hotel, to go to a sand beach you have to drive. We recommend a car.

Relaxing and comfortable stay

This apartment was perfect for us as we don’t like to stay in the hotels. It’s well equipped and has a comfortable bed. The apartment is located in a quiet area and there are a few supermarkets and restaurants just within a few minutes of walking distance. Carmen is a brilliant host and very effective communicator. We had our welcome pack with two bottles of wine and some food. Our entire stay starting from checking in to checking out was very smooth. The closest beach to the apartment’s location was not our cup but we enjoyed having the drinks in a bar on that beach.

Wunderschöne Wohnung abseits des Massentourismus

Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist wirklich top, in Fussnähe sind zwei kleine Supermärkte und etliche Restaurants. Wir haben uns bewusst für eine Unterkunft, etwas entfernt der Tourismuszentren entschieden und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Wir wohnten sehr ruhig und waren mit unserem Mietwagen dennoch überall sehr schnell. Sehr glücklich waren wir auch mit dem Balkon, auf dem wir täglich gefrühstückt oder auch mal mit einem Buch gechillt haben. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und danken Carmen sehr. Die tolle Kommunikation mit Carmen sollte ebenfalls noch erwähnt werden, ebenso der sehr unkomplizierte Check-In. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung wärmstens und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung

Bahia Feliz eignet sich wunderbar als Feriendomizil auf Gran Canaria. Es ist ein ruhiger Ferienort mit einigen Shops, guten Restaurants und nur 15 Autominuten vom Flughafen Las Palmas entfernt. Der Strand in Bahia Feliz ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt, allerdings ist es ein Strand, mit vielen Steinen - auch im Wasser, die beim Wellengang zu beachten sind. Es hat aber im Umfeld von Bahia Feliz max. 15 Autominuten entfernt einige schöne Sandstrände. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, zentral, Parkplatz vor der Türe - absolut empfehlenswert. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel mit der Vermieterin hat tadellos und rasch funktioniert. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Rundum zufrieden!

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen und nicht nur mit dem Minimum ausgestattet sondern bietet jegliche Annehmlichkeiten die man zu Hause auch brauchen würde. Wunderbares, süßes Appartment!

Wir hatten einen ganz wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Carmen's Appartement. Fast vier Wochen waren wir da und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sogar zur Begrüßung erhielten wir ein paar Lebensmittel, so dass unser Abend und der nächste Morgen gerettet waren..wir kamen spät an. Die Wohnung war super sauber und von der Lage mit Mietauto ideal. Flughafen nur 20 Min entfernt, die Strände im Süden der Insel nah. Ein großer Pluspunkt waren WaMa und Trockner, die haben uns gerettet. Toll! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Die Kommunikation mit Carmen war einwandfrei. Liebe Grüße an dieser Stelle!

Great place to stay in Gran Canaria

The exchange with the landlady was easy and quick. The flat looks exactly like the pictures. In addition, we were already provided with some food and drink on arrival! We could always park our rental car on the street in front of the flat. It takes about 15 minutes to drive from the flat to the beaches in the south and about 15 minutes to the airport further north.

Lovely Flat in a Lovely Location

Place is as advertised. Host stocked fridge with basics upon arrival which was very much appreciated after a long flight. Only thing to be aware of is that the nearby hotel does not allow non-guests to use the pool facilities. I was told this was a temporary measure due to COVID, but the ad should probably be updated.
