Bathroom: Bath, Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for fire provided. Cot and highchair available.. Patio leads to enclosed lawned garden with BBQ and garden furniture. Off road parking for 3 cars. Property is baby and child friendly - when you book please let the owner’s know the age of your children and they will make sure the cottage is equipped with sterilising unit, safety plugs, cots, baby spoon and forks.. Heatherlea is a spacious detached property tucked up a quiet lane within the picturesque village of Otterburn. The property has been recently refurbished to provide fresh and contemporary self catering holiday accommodation. An open fire in the lounge ensures a cosy welcome awaits guests whatever the season.  A sun room leads from the kitchen and makes a bright and airy space to relax in whilst overlooking the garden and pretty views beyond.  Two of the four bedrooms are also conveniently placed on the ground floor along with the family bathroom.  An extension to the original property gives steps leading up to a master bedroom on the first floor with en-suite shower facilities and steps leading down to an additional bedroom. A useful utility area completes the picture.
