Picturesque, detached cottage situated on ’The Rock’ high above Barmouth harbour with spectacular views of the sea and mountains.. 141 steps to entrance.
Ground Floor:
Open plan living space.
Living area: Smart TV, Electric Fire
Dining area.
Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bedroom 2: ¾ Double (4ft) Bed
Bedroom 3: Single (2ft 6in) Bed
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Electric radiators, electricity, bed linen, towels and broadband included. . Garden with sitting out area, garden furniture and access to toilet. 2 dogs welcome, to kept on lead at all times. Parking in public car park, at cost. No smoking. Please note: Sorry, no stag or hen parties. There is no road access to the cottage which is reached by steep paths and 141 steps from the town. There is a wall with a drop in the garden, as well as steep steps leading to top of the garden, please take care. Add on payable service of luggage transfer and shopping by quad bike available for £25 per trip. Further details will be sent out upon booking.. Bwth Carron is a charming detached Welsh stone cottage perched high on the hill above Barmouth harbour with magnificent views over the sea, harbour and surrounding hills. There is no road access. The cottage is only accessible on foot and is reached after a short but steep climb up slopes and 141 steps from the town. The views from the cottage and the garden make the climb well worth it. It will appeal to guests who enjoy walking, boating or beach holidays. You can walk directly from the cottage into the hills and mountains surrounding the beautiful Mawddach Estuary. There is a railway station nearby in the town for eploring the wider area.
The ground floor is open plan, with a well-equipped kitchen area, living and dining spaces. The dining area is complete with table, chairs and a window seat. Stairs lead out of this room to the upper floor with three bedrooms with sea views from the double bedrooms, and a shower room with toilet. There is also a separate toilet in a room accessed from the garden.
No stag, hen or other party bookings allowed.
