Great location with an amazing sea view and only a stone’s throw from Aldeburgh High Street. Have stayed several times before. A peaceful location that gets even quieter once the day trippers have gone. The only downside is that parking can be a challenge - some residents are now putting out cones on Crag Path to try and reserve spaces.

I had the most wonderful stay here. The house is extremely well equipped and comfortable with everything you need. A great kitchen! The house is perfectly placed between providing a sea view, town and shops with a fantastic gelato shop nearby behind the house (a must) The view of the beach and sea from the sitting room was wonderful. Watching the changing light over the sea especially in the evening when the sky turned pink/orange was a delight. I would definitely book again and recommend a stay at the house.

We had a lovely stay as two families with three children under eight. The location is excellent with beautiful views over the beach.We can recommend walking to Thorpeness for a fun family outing.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The house is in a fantastic location being directly opposite the beach and within very easy walking distance to all the necessary amenities with pubs, restaurants, independent shops and even a large ice-cream cafe a couple of minutes away. Everything we needed was so close by that we didn't need to move our cars once! The kitchen is so well equipped and with more than enough cups, dishes etc and the big table is lovely for all the family to sit around and eat and chat. The group age ranged from 6 to 75 and the house catered for everyone. The beach was lovely and clean and not busy at all. Great for kite flying and looking for 'special' pebbles. If there is one tiny thing that was mentioned, it's that one of the party found the duvet too hot and thought that maybe an optional thinner one, or light throw might be useful to have available? This is no way detracts from a really enjoyable stay at a great house in a lovely location.
