This is a ground-floor apartment with a completely separate entrance. It has 3 bedrooms—2 with double beds and the third with a bunk bed. In addition, the living room sofa converts into a 1½-person bed. The living room features a table, a sofa, and a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and separate air conditioning in each room. It has a spacious veranda furnished with a seating area and a dining table (seating up to 12 people), overlooking the sea and the garden filled with plants, flowers, and Mediterranean scrub; the veranda also features two ceiling fans. At the back, there is a spacious patio furnished with a table and chairs, which is shaded in the morning. There is a large wood-fired BBQ and an outdoor shower in the courtyard, where there is a second fully equipped kitchen and a second bathroom with a shower. The side courtyard can accommodate up to three cars under a large bougainvillea pergola. The house is equipped with: satellite TV, Wi-Fi with up to 350 GB for the duration of your stay, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a multifunction microwave, a convection oven, 4 gas burners in each of the two kitchens, and 2 refrigerators (1 per kitchen). Capsule coffee machine, toaster, blenders, and any kitchen utensils you may need. Tableware for meals serving up to 12 guests. The beach below is accessible on foot via the building’s shared path or via a staircase leading directly to the beach.
