The 80 m² "Appartamento Pini" holiday apartment with a 60 m² courtyard is located in Cala Gonone, a seaside resort on the Mediterranean island of Sardinia. The apartment features a spacious, comfortable courtyard and is set in a residential area surrounded by pine trees. Inside, you'll find a living room with a well-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 8 guests. In summer, a second outdoor bathroom is available, shared with the owner’s snorkeling activities.

Great location

Pros: We loved the location of the house with children as you walk through a shady park to get into town. The house was OK sized for 4 adults and 4 children with an outdoor area and large kitchen. The host was quick to respond to any messages with help. Some basic amenities were provided. Cons: The house was very hot in 35 degree heat (re no aircon) and the open windows let in a lot of mosquitoes (the host provided nets which helped). The outside area was paved in an unusual way that meant it's not very comfortable for small kids to play (but the host was happy to arrange a sheet for the babies to sit on.) There wasn't any comfortable areas to sit apart from benches and wooden chairs which can be tricky with a large group in rainy/windy weather.

Pros: Abbiamo soggiornato in 5 e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. L'appartamento si trova in posizione strategica, il centro si può raggiungere a piedi e l'uscita dal paese in auto è altrettanto comoda. L'alloggio è dotato di ogni confort, abbiamo apprezzato molto il giardino dove è piacevole soggiornare la sera o nei momenti di relax. La proprietaria è molto disponibile sempre pronta a fornire ogni indicazione utile per i nostri svaghi. Parcheggio comodissimo Cons: Nulla era tutto perfetto
