Small Tiny farm house. The perfect getaway from the city comfortably sleeps 4 guests, includes new beds, minimalist style, fresh decor, closet, clean linens, towels, shampoo/conditioner, washer/dryer/detergent, parking, Netflix, kitchen. This unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Enjoy all seasons on the open porch on 9 acres of beauty and relaxation, there is an barn on site and cows. Feel free to observe, but do not enter.

This is a separate and very safe house, it will give you peace to be here. It is private, quiet, relaxed, comfortable and clean. Just 5 minutes from MTSU, amazon, downtown Murfreesboro. Good vibes and respectful people.


It has a private locked entrance to the ground floor apartment with plenty of parking. Security camera at the front door and lights with motion sensors.

You will share the land with other Airbnb Main House. But everything is separate!

Nice setting.

Super close location to murfressboro. We were a group of ladies who had not seen each other for 43 years. It was a great place to catch up and enjoy a short week-end!

Very disappointing

We booked this tiny house for a Thanksgiving trip. We did not receive check-in information on time. I had to reach out to the host to get instructions on how to get in after we had already arrived. There was a lot of trash outside in the driveway and my husband found a gun shell inside on the floor. This was not the clean property that we expected. The biggest issue we had with the property was that one of the beds was broken. We constantly rolled to the middle of the bed and any time either of us moved, the bed was incredibly creaky. Neither of us got any sleep on our first night. We decided to find a different place to stay and reached out to the owner asking for a refund for the last 2 nights we had booked, but couldn’t stay because of the broken bed. We never heard back from the host, after multiple messages were sent through Vrbo and multiple texts. We reached out to Vrbo, but they were no help. They said they won’t address any issues unless a complaint is filed within 24 hours of check-in, even though we followed their instructions to try to resolve the issue with the host first. We are incredibly disappointed by this whole situation and will not be using Vrbo again. I highly recommend NOT staying at this property.

Perfect little cottage

So clean and absolutely adorable. I am super picky with cleanliness and this place was spotless. It’s small but we were only looking for a place to sleep close to our venue. The front bedroom mattress could be replaced but would be fine for children or small adults. My husband and I both felt like we were rolling to the middle of the bed. Our son left early so we did change beds and the back bedroom bed was very comfortable.

Cancelled last minute

Host cancelled at the last minute stating property wasn’t available. Property was reposted with the exact same dates. Host didn’t respond when I attempted to adjust the booking / dates.
