Beautiful gite, well equipped, beautifully and tastefully decorated, very quiet area and great hosts, who were very discreet but immediately available if needed
Absolutely fantastic.
A hidden gem not far from Jumilhac, everything was so clean and tidy, stars at night were amazing.
Wonderful friendly host..
I would definitely recommend this perfect place and I would go there again.

About the host
Hosted by Holly Batty
Hello! We are an english family who have settled the beautiful region of the dordogne having travelled extensively across Europe and fell in love with this area . We are on our own journey of creating our forever home, renovating, improving, working and exploring. We wanted to offer our gite to anyone who would like a change of pace as we know what the 'rat race' is like and what some quiet solace can do for the mind and body. We fell in love with the Dordogne many years ago, and got married in this area too at our local chateau in Jumilhac-le-Grand.
Why they chose this property
We found our forever home here, and married at Chateau Jumilhac-le-Grand, so this in essence is our happy place!
What makes this property unique
Our gite comprises of a kitchen, twin bedroom and lounge on the ground floor, and a double bedroom and bathroom on the first floor.
The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, fridge freezer and all plates & accessories, plus a dining table in the kitchen itself.
The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet facilities.
All bed linens are provided.
In the garden there is a patio table and parasol to provide some shade on a hot day, 4 lounger beds, and a bbq.
