Das Haus hat eine sehr angenehme Größe und ist mit Betten und Sitzecken in verschiedenen Bereichen gut ausgestattet. Mit 10 Personen sind wir super zurechtgekommen. Der Vermieter war per E-Mail erreichbar. Alles lief Kontaktlos und ohne Probleme.Die Außenanlage war sehr gepflegt und liebevoll in allen Bereichen dekoriert. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt.Leider muss ein Stern abgezogen werden. Wir hatte zwei Tage Regen. Der Dachanschluss am Wintergarten war undicht und es lief Wasser die Wand hinunter. Auch eine Steckdose ist nass geworden und die Sicherung ist mehrfach ausgefallen. Es sollte jemand vorbeikommen und das Problem beheben. Wir konnten das nicht feststellen. Auch am zweiten Tag war wieder alles unter Wasser. Am Ende war alles ziemlich feucht. Die Fenster waren dauerhaft beschlagen. Aufgrund von Sturm und Regen war ein Lüften kaum noch möglich. Unser Aufenthalt war dann zu Ende und wir sind abgereist.Es sollte durch den Vermieter dringen baulich etwas unternommen werden. Das Haus hat unheimliches potential und liegt wunderschön. Bei trockenem Wetter mit Sicherheit problemlos nutzbar.

Etwas Besonderes

Das Grundstück liegt schon ziemlich abseits oberhalb des Ortes. Ein Auto ist Pflicht. Der Garten ist wunderschön und kreativ angelegt. Der Empfang durch Mercilia war sehr herzlich. Sie hat uns auch gute Tipps gegeben. Das Haus ist rustikal, die Küche aber vernünftig ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem, allerdings gibt es aktuell nur ein funktionierendes Bad. Größtes Manko ist die Feuchtigkeit im Wohnzimmer. Das ist auf Dauer nicht gesund und hier muss dringend was passieren. Ansonsten ist es wirklich ein außergewöhnliches Domizil, perfekt für alle, die Ruhe suchen.

The humidity that allows Madeira to be this paradise is also something that we try to prevent it from the interior of our houses.
