VILLA SOLE is a completely renovated modern villa located in the village of Carate Urio, a small hamlet known for its natural beauty and peaceful atmosphere. The villa is on 3 floors and consists of: living room, kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 3 bathrooms, furnished outdoor terrace and private swimming pool.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONVILLA SOLE is a completely renovated modern villa located in the village of Carate Urio. It enjoys a wonderful view over the park of the Urio Castle and the lake.

VILLA SOLE is on three levels: on the ground floor the living area consists of a large living room with two sofas, TV, dining table and chairs. The bright kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. From the living area, lit by large French windows, there is access to the outdoor area. A large terrace furnished with table and chairs overlooks the private pool. On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

On the second floor there are two further double bedrooms with two complete bathrooms with shower. All rooms are elegantly furnished and have large windows with lake views.

An external staircase leads from the ground floor terrace to the swimming pool, the relaxation area and the laundry room equipped with washing machine and dryer.

The villa can accommodate up to 8 people, has Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning, and a private parking space outside the property, located 150 metres away.ACCESSIBILITY AND PARKINGVILLA SOLE has a private car park outside the property and can be reached on foot from the private car park via a short uphill stretch of about 150 metres with a few steps. Other public parking spaces are available near the private parking space.

Carate Urio is a picturesque municipality located on the western shore of Lake Como, in Lombardy, known for its charming lake landscape and tranquil atmosphere, making it an ideal destination for those seeking an escape from the daily hustle and bustle. Carate Urio is also an ideal starting point for exploring the Lake Como area, with numerous hiking trails leading to extraordinary viewpoints. The village is well connected thanks to public transport, such as boats that navigate the lake and buses on the main road that connects the village to the main nearby towns. The most beautiful restaurants in the area are easily reachable by car.

Please note that there are no supermarkets in Carate Urio. The nearest supermarket is called Bennet and is located in the village of Tavernola, 7.5 km away from the villa.GETTING AROUNDPlease note that the taxi service on Lake Como is not always reliable or readily available. We therefore advise against relying on it once you have reached your destination. We suggest evaluating alternative options such as public transport (buses and boats), hiring a car or using pre-booked private drivers.

We recommend the use of a car for ease of travel, as the property has a private car park.

The bus stop and boat stop are 600 metres away.

Easy access to the airports, Milan and Lugano, all of which are about an hour\'s drive away.
