The property offers a paid parking space (only one for all 4 apartments) to be reserved in advance and subject to availability, at a cost of 10 euros per day to be paid directly on site.

Visiting the island in comfort has never been easier! Goelbarent, the 2022 novelty of our tour operator, offers you a simple and convenient scooter and e-bike rental. We take care of everything, you just have to choose the vehicle that best suits your needs!

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

apartment without sea view, equipped kitchen, n. 1 sofa bed for 1 and a half square in the living area, n. 1 double bed on the mezzanine, n. 1 single bed on the mezzanine, the mezzanine has a velux ceiling window, Smart TV, wi-fi, air conditioning in both the living area and the mezzanine.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in 21 years (for groups of guys)
- air conditioning for a fee, euro 10 per day, on request to be paid locally
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
