Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and tax code, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residential address to complete the customer record. The data is mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation by us, with a penalty for the guest.
Charming one bedroom apartment for up to 2 adults accompanied by children (2 children if both under 10; 1 child if over 10), approximately 50 m2, located on the first floor. It consists of a dining room with a new and well-equipped kitchen and a relaxation corner with a wonderful sofa and TV, which leads to the terrace for exclusive use. Comfortable double bedroom with second television, and bathroom with shower.

Important Notes:
- groups or couples of guys are not admitted. Minimum age to check-in is 23 years old.
- maximum 2 adults + any children (2 children under 10; or 1 child if over 10 and up to 17 years old)
- inverter air conditioning, for a fee, 10 euros per day to be paid upon arrival (on request)
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 250.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
