On arrival to the house you will find a spacious drive through leading to the huge covered car park for up to three cars or to the house entrance with a palm trees round about.

As you enter the house you will be prompted with the bright living room connected with dining room with big glass doors overlooking the garden , pool and panoramic ocean views.

On the first floor you will also find one ensuite double bedroom , two bedrooms each with two single beds and its private bathroom and one single bedroom with its ensuite bathroom. There is also a downstairs toilet for guests , kitchen and laundry room.

As you go upstairs you will find our 80 sqm master bedroom with walk in closet, ensuite bathroom with shower and bath tub , a gym overlooking the sea and a private study/work area with its desk and chair .

The house is 6 minutes walk to the beach and has panoramic views of the ocean and the golf course throughout the house. If golf is your hobby or passion make sure to ask us about Torrequebrada's golf course access which is round the corner to Villa Lario.
