Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig in einem schön bepflanzten und gepflegten Anwesen. In wenigen Schritten ist man am lauschigen Fluss, an dem es auch eine Badestelle gibt. Der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und gibt auch Ausflugstipps. Bis zur Küste fährt man ca. 30 Minuten. Das Haus ist als Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Aktivitäten gut geeignet.

Wunderschönes Haus in einer traumhaften Umgebung

Wir haben 14 wunderschöne Tage in der Moulin du Pont Neuf verbracht (Familie mit 2 Kindern (12 und 21) und Hund). Von der ersten Minute an haben wir uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Familie Scolan hat sich sehr viel Zeit für uns genommen. Sie waren beim Einchecken da, haben uns das Haus gezeigt und während unseres Aufenthaltes viele Ausflugstipps gegeben. Es gab eine spannende Führung durch die Mühle mit vielen Geschichten und Anekdoten. Das Haus ist idyllisch gelegen. Es ist ein schönes, helles, renoviertes Steinhaus. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Wohnzimmer und der Essbereich sind gemütlich. Die Schlafzimmer sind hell und groß und die Betten sind sehr gut. Auf der schönen sonnigen Holzterrasse kann man die Ruhe genießen und dem Rauschen des Flusses lauschen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Haus ist zentral gelegen und die Küste mit ihren Sehenswürdigkeiten ist in 30 bis 40 Minuten zu erreichen. Es war einer unserer schönsten Ferien in Frankreich und wir möchten gerne wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für alles.

Ruhe und Idylle an der Moulin du Pont Neuf

Wir waren 2 Wochen im August an der Mühle und haben es trotz anfangs sehr durchwachsenem Wetter sehr genossen. Daniel und Christine haben sich Zeit genommen für uns und haben uns die Mühle und deren Geschichte ausführlich erläutert. Wir haben tolle Tipps für Ausflüge in der näheren Umgebung bekommen. Sie waren sehr herzlich und man hat gemerkt, dass ihnen das Wohlbefinden ihrer Gäste sehr wichtig ist. Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr idyllisch in absoluter Ruhe. Wir haben dort Natur pur erlebt. Unsere Jungs liebten es, täglich im Léguer mit dem kleinen Ruderboot zu paddeln oder dem Pferd und den Ziegen Hallo zu sagen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, uns hat es eigentlich kaum an etwas gefehlt. Auch wenn man ein wenig länger fahren muss, gibt es sehr viel zu sehen. Wir haben viele Ausflüge und Wanderungen gemacht, haben wunderschöne Strände und malerische Ortschaften gesehen. Die rosa Granitküste ist spektakulär und gerade für kletterbegeisterte Kinder fantastisch. Rundum ein schöner Urlaub, ein tolles, einfaches Ferienhaus und vor allem supernette Vermieter. Danke für alles!

Wir haben in dem schönen Haus 2 wunderbare und erholsame Wochen Urlaub gemacht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Familie Scolan sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit in jeder erdenklichen Situation. Petite parenthése trés agréable, gîte calme, endroit reposant. Discrétion et gentillesse des propriétaires avec en bonus une visite de leur moulin ! Nos ados ont appréciés la nature autour et ont lâché leurs écrans. Bonne situation géographique, pour en prendre plein les yeux! Notre chien a pu gambader sans problème, pas de circulation gênante vous entendrez les oiseaux et le bruit de la rivière en contre bas. Décoration sobre et soignée, literie confortable...Tout est propice a un excellent séjour! Même voisins nous avons découvert de jolis coins de balades...

Un merveilleux WE de Noël

Si vous souhaitez la déconnexion totale dans un petit coin de paradis... c'est la bonne adresse ! Les gites sont rénovés et aménagés avec beaucoup de gout, la propreté est irréprochable et l'accueil excellent. Wunderschöner Familienurlaub im Herzen der Bretagne

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen, ruhigen Familienurlaub mit unseren 3 Töchtern und 2 Hunden. Die Kommunikation und Organisation der Anreise lief optimal auf Französisch. Wir haben eine kurze Einweisung in das Ferienhaus bekommen. Erste Ausstattung für die tägliche Hygiene war vor Ort. Ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk wurde hinterlegt. Nach der ersten Woche haben wir eine ausführliche Mühlenführung bekommen…inkl. familiärer Anekdoten. Zweimal sind wir in den Genuss von Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten gekommen. Wir haben jeden Abend die gut ausgestattete Küche genutzt. Richtig toll! Sehr tierlieb! Gerne wieder!

Leuk verzorgd huis in mooie omgeving

In juni hebben we voor de tweede keer het huis in le Pont Neuf gehuurd. Het contact met de familie Scolan is hartelijk en prettig. Het huis is charmant, netjes en heel mooi gelegen aan de rivier de Léguer. In het gebied kun je goed wandelen, fietsen en genieten van de mooie natuur en de historie van Bretagne.

Charming house by an old mill

This is a charming house by an old mill beside the river. The spacious property is beautifully furnished with a cosy feel. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace listening to the bird song and the sound of the river. The countryside nearby is very pretty, and it is only a short drive to the Cote de Granit Rose. The owners were very welcoming..

Wir hatten tolle zweieinhalb Wochen! Das, was wir gesucht hatten haben wir gefunden: Ruhe. Das Haus hatte für uns eine außerordentlich geniale Lage. Natur pur. Unser Ansprechpartner Daniel hat sich sehr nett um uns gekümmert, obwohl unser Französisch nicht gerade super ist. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben, jedoch hatten wir nicht länger Zeit. Es ist ein sehr sauberes Haus mit Flair. Und von dort aus hat man alle Möglichkeiten zu Ausflügen. Wir können uns vorstellen wieder zu kommen. Nochmal vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit

Location très propre et fonctionnelle, cadre enchanteur et propriétaires délicieux !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez les Scolan qui nous ont très bien accueillis. La maison était très propre, récemment rénovée et le cadre est superbe. Très au calme puisque au bout d'une impasse. Il y a un autre gite dans la partie rénovée du moulin à 40 mètres mais sans vis-à-vis donc on est vraiment tranquilles. La rivière est très charmante, nous avons pu faire de la barque avec les enfants et visiter le moulin avec Daniel ce qui était très intéressant et étonnant. Randonnées et visites dans les environs auront rempli notre semaine. Nous vous conseillons vivement cette location qui ne décevra pas les amoureux de la nature. Ein ruhiger Rückzugsort

Wir haben zwei erholsame Wochen in Le Vieux-Marché verbracht und das Ferienhaus entsprach unseren Erwartungen: Der Ort ist zwar etwas abgelegen, dafür kann man die Ruhe und das Flussrauschen genießen und wird von den Vermietern rundum gut versorgt. Mme Scolan hat uns sogar selbstgebackene Crèpes vorbeigebracht! Die Strände sind in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und auch Radfahren mit Kindern funktioniert in der Umgebung prima. Danke für die gute Zeit!

Ein perfekter Urlaub!

Das Haus liegt ca. 3 km von Le Vieux-Marché in einem Tal am Fluß Leguer. Alles war sehr sauber und wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohlgefühlt! Die Lage ist wunderschön! Restaurants sind nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe, aber die Küche ist super ausgestattet und wir haben gerne gekocht oder gegrillt. Wir haben viele tolle Wanderungen an der traumhaften Küste unternommen. Daniel hat uns mit viel Begeisterung die alte Mühle gezeigt. Die ganze Familie ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!
