Cancellation of 2 reservations

Hello I did not go to Marsala. On September 22, 2023 I cancelled my reservations : - to Marsala # HA-2QCGTZ scheduled for Oct. 5-7 with VRBO and Christian Piccione. Mr. Piccione did not reply to me. But VRBO wrote that I will be reimbursed 50 %. - to Taormina #HA-8XX76B for September 23 to 25 with VRBO and Maria Cucinotta. For which there is no reimbursement. Unfortunately, I could not complete my trip in Sicilia and had to return to Canada before scheduled for personal reasons. Please would you kindly refund the balance owed to me to my reservation to Marsala. Otherwise everything was fine. Regards Celine Germain
