Modern luxury, 1 bedroom, 1 bath + den in the heart of downtown Whitehorse. Free powered parking just steps from the building entrance. This unit is within walking distance of all downtown Whitehorse has to offer... Yukon River, restaurants, coffee shops, conference centers, bus stops, local shops and so much more.

The space has been professionally designed and decorated with modern, upscale furnishings and features. Large sectional, 55" Smart TV, CableTV, Wi-Fi, electric fireplace, dinning area, stainless steel appliances and a fully stocked kitchen!

The bedroom offers a queen size bed, the den has a twin size bed suitable for a child or young teen. The bathroom also offers a relaxing oversize tub/shower. The unit also has in-suite laundry!

The entire building is locked/secured with key-fob access.

One set of keys (key and a FOB) will be provided during your stay. An additional key (not FOB) will be provided upon request.

Use of on an on-site heated storage locker is available upon request.

We live in Whitehorse and are just a phone call or text away if you have questions during your stay!

Visiting family

Beautiful well appointed apartment. Very comfortable. Although I did only minimal cooking and was elsewhere most days, the apartment had everything that I needed to make my stay more than comfortable. Thank you! Highly recommend.

Good stay bit confusing for check-in since I don't have the app.

My stay was good the check in process was easy but I could not access the map that was provided showing the lock box location and parking. I had to look around and all that. I don't stay at alot of b and bs so this is all new to me. Once I was in the unit everything was good and there was more then I expected. The owner left a phone number for contact so that helped but I didn't know about it until the last day lol.

When visiting Whitehorse this is one of the best, if not the best locations to stay. Walking distance to most everything.

What makes this property unique

Although the building was new in 2012, we felt the condo needed to be brought up to date with style and decor, so we did a complete renovation on the unit. Almost everything is in the condo is new as of November 2019.
