I stayed in the tiny house for 9 nights. It made the perfect base for my Yukon adventure. The accommodations are a step above camping - the tiny house itself was warm and cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. There is a compost toilet and outdoor, propane heated shower. For cooking there is an electric kettle and camping stove, and basic dish wear for 1-2 people.
The location is very close to downtown, but I wouldn't say it's easy to walk downtown.
It was a lovely property with a great view of the city. It was quiet and calm as well. I'd probably have a harder time taking a shower in the winter up here as the shower is uninsulated, but it worked well for our summer/autumn visit. A wood fire hot tub was a lovely touch, and we got to see some wildlife nearby too. Amber provided lots of information prior to our stay and was welcoming during our stay.
