Liked: Communication, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in
The house was super cute, clean, the beds were comfortable, and the porch and backyard space were private and quiet. We loved staying here and will definitely book it again!
Very bare bones place to stay. Pillows are terrible, bring your own, no soap to be found, very few kitchen appliances. Very basic flip house vibe and not alot else to say. Sort of close but for sure not walkable to downtown in winter. We did see some deer in the front yard in the morning.

Sorry to hear you were disappointed in your stay. This has been a rental for 10 years and always gets excellent reviews. I will inspect all the pillows and replace if needed. The bath soap and shampoo is located in the wall dispenser in the shower and there is a lot of soap (laundry detergent, hand soap and dish soap under the kitchen sink).
We really enjoyed our stay here! We only stayed one night, but the house was perfect for what we needed. It was in a nice neighborhood and walking distance to town. The house was clean and just as described in the listing. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch enjoying the nice weather and watching the deer walk through the neighborhood!
Stayed here one night on a family “Griswald style” road trip. Perfect place! Close to old town Durango and super easy to get to. Would do it again in a heart beat!
The house was older but really clean! Kitchen well appointed. We had deer visit us daily. Could use more cozy sitting in the living room area only enough for 4. Internet too slow for work and sometimes too slow for the streaming TV. The only TV is in the living room which encourages family time. Washer and dryer was a plus! Close to everything, would visit again.

I will reach out to CenturyLink regarding the speed of the WiFi.
This was my third time staying at Holly’s s place. It was the perfect size for us. The location was great for walking into town which we did quite a bit. The Animas River is located a street away. We loved sitting on the porch watching the city deer hang out in the yard. Holly’s place had everything we needed and she was very responsive.
We really enjoyed our stay here! It was stocked with everything we needed. The beds were super comfy. All in all a great place and we’d definitely stay again.
Nice place to stay, we just needed one night, passing through and to ride the train to silverton. It was close to everything! Clean and easy access. We also had a little visitor for the evening! See photos.
Went for a girls' weekend trip. The house was very clean and well kept. Great location. Very close to downtown. We had a number of deer visiting during our stay. Would stay here again.
Cute, simple place in a great neighborhood. Nice kitchen to cook in. Comfortable beds. Perfect home base for a couple days in the durango area. All thumbs up!
