The day before your stay, we will send you a message with the information you will need for your check-in. You should then respond with your expected arrival time. Check-in is performed directly at the accommodation from 3:30 PM, but please note that check-in between 7 PM and midnight incurs an extra cost of €30.



At the time of check-out, guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness, otherwise, Homing reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning fee. We also ask that you pay attention to your belongings when checking out, as we are not responsible for objects left in the accommodation.

Great location but the unit needs some attention.

There were several annoying issues: very minimal kitchen, no chairs on one of the patios, a cupboard door hanging on a hinge, very light electrical load allowed, to name a few. Homing’s responses were good for the most part…except when their answer to no chairs on the patio was for me to move the 2 from the front patio when I wanted to sit there. Clearly no way to have guests or enjoy the patios as I would have expected. I had the heat on, plugged in a kettle and the breaker went off. The bed was a frame with a very hard mattress on it. I’m really not a high maintenance traveller but the owner needs to give this tired unit some attention.
