SEPARATE ENTRANCE

Apartment Kornelius is a very nice, cozy accommodation, furnished in country house style.
In 50 steps you are directly on the cliff (secured by railings).

The view from the very large terrace extends over the roofs of Vale Centeanes and the Atlantic Ocean.
Here you have a BBQ, comfortable lounge furniture, an outdoor sink and shade.

As the terrace is hidden from view, there is nothing to stop you from sunbathing.
The apartment comprises a living room with air conditioning and fireplace, dining room, a modern fitted kitchen with all appliances, including dishwasher and a bedroom with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms, as well as the entrance area. Living area approx. 120 m².

The furnishings and equipment promise a pleasant living atmosphere.
The equipment includes air conditioning, satellite TV, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fireplace, DVD, barbecue, free WiFi.
Baby crib and high chair can be booked subject to availability.

A public parking lot is located directly in front of the apartment. The beach is only a 3-minute walk away.
Restaurants, bars, snack bars and two small supermarkets are within walking distance.

Komfortable Wohnung mit super Terrasse

Alles war bestens und die Betreuung durch Harald Wittmann war super. Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal hier und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht - Highlight ist die Dachterrasse und die Nähe zum Wanderweg an den Klippen. Super Betreuung durch Herrn Wittmann - der alles möglich machte - bis auf das Wetter ;-)

I don't think this rating is fair. if you look at the reviews of the last customers, I always got a good rating for cleanliness and communication. A pane of the double glass pane of one of the patio doors broke before the customer, this was ordered by me straight away. I pointed this out to the guests and when the pane came I asked if the company could install the pane. The customer agreed, the installation took 15 minutes. The owner of the apartment comes from Germany, so the apartment has many German, some English and two French channels. For Portuguese customers I bring a box into the apartment with which some Portuguese channels can be received. I tried to install this box, which unfortunately didn't work. The customer told me that he will try it later. I only got the information that it wasn't working when the customers left. Check out is usually at 10 a.m., but we always try to cater to the needs of our customers. No other time was agreed with us here. I got a message around 9.15 a.m. that they wanted to go now. I was in the office around 9:30 a.m., the customer just drove up and gave me the key, said that the television didn't work and drove after I wished him a good trip. Wunderschöne Terrassen

Das Apartment Kornelius hat 2 wunderschöne Terrassen mit Blick auf das Meer. Die Räume sind ursprünglich und sehr gepflegt, die Betten waren sehr bequem. Zum Empfang stand eine Flasche Wein auf dem Tisch. Der Austausch mit Harald, dem Verwalter der Wohnung, war sehr nett und informativ , er ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Parkplätze gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe, der nächste Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Lage ist auch für Ausflüge in die Umgebung super.

Super!!! Unglücklicherweise mit Baustelle

Hallo Harald, man kann Dich/Deine Agentur nur weiterempfehlen. Auch in Portugal werden tatsächlich Straßenbauarbeiten durchgeführt, ob man es glaubt oder nicht. ;-) Wir hatten erst einmal Pech, dass diese Arbeiten gerade in unserer Urlaubszeit stattfanden. Wir haben schnell eine gute Lösung gefunden und eine andere, ebenfalls sehr schön gelegene alternative Unterkunft beziehen können. Dass beide Unterkünfte hier und da schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind, ändert allerdings nichts an der Qualität des Gesamteindruckes und des Urlaubes. Hierfür nochmals recht herzlichen Dank und wir kommen wieder. Susanna und Oliver G.

Great place to enjoy the ocean and sun.

We were very content with this unit and its location. Its in a quiet low density neighborhood situated very near the ocean and amenities: restaurants, small grocery store, bars, beautiful beach, boat tour station, hiking trail, etc.. The outdoor living space, balcony + roof terrace, are simply a pleasure. On the negative side: the electrical is substandard and tripping breakers is common, there may even be some safety related concerns. Also, we arrived in late Jan and the apartment was extremely and uncomfortably humid and it took several weeks to reduce it to normal. Overall, this unit provides great value for money, you can get higher end accommodations but not this kind of value.

viel Platz zum Wohlfühlen

wir waren Ende September für mehr als eine Woche in der Wohnung, die obere Terrasse war für uns noch besser als auf dem Foto der Agentur, H. Wittmann gab uns bei der Übergabe viele hilfreiche Tipps und Antworten zu unseren Fragen. Z.B. wo geht man gut Essen und wo eher nicht.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit super Dachterrasse

Als erfahrene Ferienwohnungsnutzer in verschiedenen europäischen Ländern können wir sagen, das diese Ferienwohnung seines gleichen sucht. Bis auf ein wenig knapp bemessene Anzahl von Weingläsern ist die Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet, was zum Gelingen eines erholsamen Urlaubs beiträgt. Hier kann man sich absolut auf die Beschreibung im Internet verlassen. Das Highlight dieser Wohnung ist für uns die Dachterrasse mit dem traumhaften Blick auf den Atlantik. Ein Mietwagen hat sich für uns als sehr nützlich erwiesen, um die Gegend zu erkunden und größere Einkäufe zu erledigen. Für kleine Einkäufe ist fußläufig ein kleiner Sparmarkt zu erreichen.

Hervorragender Service, tolle Lage, super schöne Wohnung

Wir haben uns in dieser tollen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Der riesige Balkon und die mega schöne Dachterrasse sind bei der Wohnung der Hammer. Die Lage der Wohnung ist einzigartig, wer Massentourismus mag, ist im Ort Vale de Centianes fehl am Platz. Hier kann man noch entspannen und die wunderschöne Felsalgarve genießen. Die Betreuung durch Harald Wittmann war wirklich ausgezeichnet. Wir buchen oft Ferienwohnungen, aber diese persönliche Betreuung durch Harald und sein Einsatz für seine Gäste ist einzigartig. Harald kümmert sich ausgezeichnet um seine Gäste, benötigt man Hilfe, Rat, einen Mietwagen oder auch einen Transfer zum Bahnhof, Harald ist sofort da. Nicht zuletzt hat diese tolle Betreuung auch zu unserem wunderschönen Urlaub beigetragen. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder, gebucht wird selbstverständlich wieder bei Harald Wittmann.

Ankommen und Wohlfühlen

Die wirklich großzügige Wohnung verfügt über alles, was man im Urlaub benötigt und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Terrasse mit Markise, die direkt an das Wohnzimmer grenzt, bietet den perfekten privaten Platz für ein ruhiges Frühstück mit Blick aufs Meer. Die Dachterrasse ist mit Chill-out Möbeln und Außengrill ausgestattet. Von hier hat man einen tollen Rund-Um-Blick. Von den bequemen Auflagen für die Balkonmöbel bis zum Sonnenschirm für den Strandbesuch; hier wurde an alles für den perfekten Urlaub gedacht. Selbst eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner stehen zur Verfügung. Das Appartement liegt hinter dem Hotel Colina Sol. Parkplätze findet man entweder auf der Vorder- oder auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes. Die schöne Badebucht Praia Vale Centianes erreicht man über Treppen ( ca. 200 Stufen ). Alternativ findet man PKW Parkplätze direkt an der Bucht beim Restaurant. Eine Wanderung über die Klippen bietet spektakuläre Ausblicke aufs Meer, Felsen, Höhlen und den Leuchtturm. Obwohl die Unterkunft üblicherweise erst ab 16:00 Uhr zur Verfügung steht, konnten wir nach einem frühen Hinflug nach Absprache mit der Agentur bereits am Vormittag einziehen. Herr Wittmann bescherte uns einen netten Empfang, begleitete uns zum Appartement und gab hilfreiche Insidertipps zur Umgebung und den örtlichen Gegebenheiten. Hier hat man vor Ort einen Ansprechpartner, der sich bestens auskennt!

Viel schöner, als gedacht!

Unsere Ferienwohnung hatte eine schöne Terrasse mit Meerblick, und zusätzlich konnte man über eine bequeme Treppe eine herrliche Dachterrasse erreichen. Dort hatten wir einen sensationellen Rundblick: Auf das Meer, das Hinterland und die Villen und Häuser drumherum. Hier waren auch ein schöner Grill und Gartenmöbel zum Relaxen. Zum Strand brauchten wir nur wenige Minuten, so dass wir auch zwischendurch vom Strand aus Mal in die Wohnung gehen konnten. Die Wohnung hat zwei Badezimmer, eines mit Dusche, das andere mit einer Badewanne und jeweils einer Toilette und einem Waschbecken. Auch sonst ist die Wohnung prima ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr hübsch eingerichtet, liegt ruhig und doch zentral, und alles war blitzsauber. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr nett empfangen. Das Büro unseres Ansprechpartners war nur wenige Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt, und wir wurden auch freundlich verabschiedet. Das war ein toller Aufenthalt, nicht zuletzt wegen des schönen Domizils!
