This spacious house, recently renovated, is located on the first floor (with elevator) of an elegant historic building, on the main shopping street in the historic center, close to the main square. It also offers a convenient and highly appreciated private parking space in the building's inner courtyard, where an electric car charging station is available.

On the ground floor, shared with the other two houses in the building, there is finnish sauna/biosauna (for a fee, upon reservation), a gym, a work room and, in the garden, a saltwater heated swimming pool (closed from november to february), a relaxation area with large sun loungers and deckchairs, in the sun or in the shade of the trees,
a dining area for enjoying lunch or dinner by candlelight, a spacious living/dining room with sofas, a large TV with soundbar, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, dining tables, and showers..
All the rooms in the house, some with frescoed ceilings and a magnificent antique oak parquet floor, are bright, air-conditioned, and soundproofed.
The bedrooms feature extra-large beds, a TV, and extremely comfortable mattresses. The kitchen is equipped with numerous state-of-the-art appliances (microwave, espresso and American coffee machines, electric grill, toaster, rice cooker, electric oven, kettle) and has plenty of elegant and functional crockery.

A washing machine and dryer
A furnished terrace with a table, chairs, an umbrella, and a charcoal barbecue
Upon request, children's accessories are available, including a playpen, strollers, cribs, a small table with chairs, a high chair, a Stokke Tripp Trapp chair, and a baby bathtub.
Although the house is located in a peaceful and safe city neighborhood, for added security, surveillance cameras are installed in the building's external areas (but not in the garden, pool, or relaxation areas). Additionally, the house is equipped with an alarm system.
On holiday it is essential to feel safe, pampered and surrounded by every comfort.

The house is in a very strategic location, an ideal starting point for exploring the wonders of Sicily, just a few minutes' walk from the Giarre-Riposto railway station and only 3.5 km from the A18 motorway exit, making it easily accessible.
Catania airport can be reached in just 40 minutes via the motorway.
Situated in the most elegant and commercial street in the historic centre of Giarre, the house is surrounded by everything you need to make your stay comfortable and pleasant: supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, pizzerias, wine bars, pubs and shops of all kinds are just a few steps away, and then the Port of Etna and the famous fish market of Riposto are only a 20-minute walk away.
Despite being in the heart of the city, the area is quiet and safe, far from the hustle and bustle of the nearby city of Catania, which is nevertheless easily reachable in only 25 minutes by motorway.
Only a 5-minute drive away are numerous beaches, some equipped with seasonal facilities.
Nature lovers will enjoy unique scenery due to the proximity of the majestic volcano Etna, which is only 30 minutes away, and the Alcantara Gorges, only 35 minutes away; the splendid Taormina, with its Greek Theatre and Isola Bella, are only a 25-minute drive away by motorway; Syracuse, with its Greek Theatre and Ortigia, can be reached in just over an hour; the hydrofoil for a visit to the wonderful Aeolian Islands is 75 minutes away.
For lovers of art, history and nature, Noto and the Vendicari Nature Reserve are about 75 minutes away by car, via the motorway, while Agrigento and the Valley of the Temples are just over two hours away..
