Dear Marcia,
We’re sorry to hear that you had a negative experience, but after reviewing the details of your booking, it seems there was some confusion. Our records show that your reservation was for check-in at 15:00 on the 12th, and you reached out earlier that morning with concerns about the apartment’s cleanliness. However, it appears you were at a different property, which led to some confusion.
We’d like to clarify that the apartment you were referring to is managed by a different company, and we have no record of anyone named Pedro working with us. In fact, our records show that you did not check into our apartment at all, and as per our policy, the cleaning fee was refunded as you did not attend the reservation. We understand how frustrating these mix-ups can be, but we'd like to clarify that the review seems to be related to a different booking entirely.
