It offers a sauna, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with satellite TV and air-conditioning, two bathrooms with showers, four bedrooms with double beds, and another room with a gym area and a pool table. At the guests' disposal is also a covered terrace with an outdoor dining table, a grill area, a foosball table, and a fenced 250 sqm garden with a 30 sqm swimming pool and sun loungers. This beautiful, simply furnished, authentic house provides ideal accommodation for cycling and nature lovers, who can explore this beautiful area on numerous marked cycling paths. The nearest grocery store and restaurant are 3 km way, while the nearest city, Pazin, is 10 km away. The nearest beach is 20 km away.

Top Location in the Heart of Istria

From the little town SKROPETI - in the middle/heart of Istria - we've reached everything we want by car in jsut 60' Don't forget basket- or soccerballs, because the child-citizenz are so friendly and very good in doing sports till late in the evening! The host is uncomplicated and kindly so that we'll come again!

Ich war noch nie so zufrieden mit einem Ferienhaus: die Ausstattung, die Größe, der Pool & nicht zu vergessen die unglaublich freundliche Vermieterin. Jeden Morgen wurde der Pool und Vorhof gereinigt. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine leckere Schinkenplatte und unvergesslich bleibt, dass wir mit einem Geburtstagskuchen überrascht wurden. Wir können das Ferienhaus nur wärmstens empfehlen, vor allem für Sauna-, Billiard und Poolliebhaber. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!
