Perfect House for Family Vacation by the Sea

Great house is wonderful location. Just close enough to walk to restaurants and nightlife but far enough to be quite. We had a private pebble beach and rocks right out front. The house was very well stocked to make our stay perfect. Loved that it had beach chairs, umbrellas and a few other extras. Amazing comfortable beautiful views from the front of house both upstairs and down. Very nicely decorated and clean. The host also sent us lots of info about what's going on in the area. Would love to come back.

Der Aufenthalt war von Anfang an zauberhaftes Wohlfühlen wie nach Hause kommen. Die Zimmer, Bad, Küche alles war super sauber, der Ausblick sensationell mit dem unteren Wintergarten und obere Terrasse und Dachterrasse mit Blick auf das Meer sowie auch dem tollen Patio mit Grillmöglichkeit und zum chillen. Die ist Lage schön ruhig, der Strand und eine ruhigere Bucht sowie Restaurants sind fußläufig mit 5-10 Minuten sehr gut erreichbar. Der Check in und Kontakt zum Gastgeber Joan war sehr gut, es gab schnelle und gute Informationen/Rückmeldungen, auch ein früherer Check in wurde kurzfristig möglich gemacht. Es war ein wunderschönes zauberhaftes Wochenende, wir waren alle sehr begeistert und würden definitiv wiederkommen!! Saludos y gracias a la Joan Villa Sa Predusa!!

Tolles Haus direkt am Meer

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit Freunden in diesem Haus direkt am Meer. Das Gebäude und auch die Ausstattung ist zwar schon etwas älter aber gepflegt und die Aufteilung der Räume war für uns einfach ideal. Die Lage könnte besser kaum sein, weg vom Trubel aber fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Den Strand son moll erreicht man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Blick vom Balkon des Obergeschosses ist einfach traumhaft. Wenn es kälter wird, kann man im geschützten Innenhof grillen oder sich sonnen. Alles in Allem war der Aufenthalt für uns perfekt!

Wundervoll!

Die Villa hat 2 Etagen, die getrennt voneinander bewohnt werden können. Beide Küchen sind hervorragend ausgestattet, die Bäder geräumig und hell, die Betten bequem und der Vermieter, Joan, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben alle Infos über Cala Rajada und die Aktivitäten der Umgebung bekommen und Joan war für jede Frage per WhatsApp erreichbar. Danke! Der Ausblick ist unerreicht, absolut wunderbar und wir vermissen die Villa bereits einen Tag nach Abreise…

Schön, aber extrem hellhörig (untere Wohnung)

Sehr sauber, modern, nett eingerichtet und komfortabel. Näher am Meer geht nicht. Nach 3 Tagen sind wir ausgezogen obwohl wir für 10 Tage gebucht + gezahlt hatten. Die Wohnung ist extrem hellhörig, Erholung war nicht möglich. Über uns war eine Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern. Natürlich liefen die herum und hatten Spaß, das ist ja auch normal. Wir hörten unten aber leider jedes Wort und vor allem jeden Schritt. Wir haben es nicht ausgehalten.

More than beautiful

We had a wonderful stay. The house is well located, you need 4 minutes to the Son Moll Beach and 10 minutes to the center of Cala Rajada. Not only that the view from the balcony and the terrace is really stunning and extraordinary beautiful, but the house itself is cosy and well-equipped and has the typical mallorquin charme combined with modern furnitures. Additionally everything up from the booking until the check-in and the time during our holidays was really easy. The correspondence with the owner, Joan, was so friendly, nice and very obliging. At this point many thanks again for this Joan. We will definitely come back next year and are really looking forward to our next time.

Fantastischer Urlaub:))

Ich habe mit meiner Tochter eine Woche Urlaub in Joans Haus gemacht. Die obere Etage mit der fantastischen Lage und Aussicht kann kein Hotel toppen. Das Meer vor der Tür, Sonnenaufgang zum Frühstück, was will man mehr. Zur Son Moll mit den schönsten Restaurants ist ein Katzensprung. So muss Urlaub sein. Joan ist der perfekte Vermieter, hat uns sehr viele Tipps gegeben und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!! Bis bald..... Claudia und Isabel

Schöne Wohnung im traumhafter Lage

Wir haben zu fünft 10 tolle Tage in der Villa „Sa Pedrus“ verbracht. Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer und es war herrlich, bereits beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse den Wellen zuschauen zu können. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sauber. Also alles TOP!!! Übertroffen wird das Ganze aber noch von Vermieter JOAN!!! Joan war immer schnell per WhatsApp zu erreichen und er hat uns mit vielen Informationen versorgt. Note 1+ mit Sternchen!!!

Das Objekt liegt direkt am Meer an der Promenade Richtung Cala Ratjada, ist gut aber einfach ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter funktioniert bestens! Alles sehr freundlich! Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Lage direkt am Wasser

Die Wohnung ist sehr ordentlich, sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Beeindruckend die Terasse, die wenn es draußen kühler ist (unsere Reisezeit Ende März), wie ein Wintergarten mit Glastüren zugemacht werden kann. Ein traumhafter Ausblick. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen.

Sehr schönes Appartment direkt am Meer gelegen mit traumhafter Aussicht

Das Haus verfügt über zwei Appartments, beide haben zwei Terrassen. Unsere Wohnung war wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet, dafüber hinaus wurden uns z. B. Sonnenschirme für den Strand zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer und ca. 1 km vom wunderschönen Hafens Cala Ratjadas entfernt. Es ist ideal für einen Kurztrip, aber auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Joan ist wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns viele Tips gegeben und war bei Rückfragen immer erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
