I’m deeply disappointed by THIS HOST (Guest Ready) refusal to issue a refund after a sudden medical emergency that would force me to cancel my reservation. Despite providing documentation and explaining the situation, I was met with a rigid policy and zero compassion.Emergencies are unpredictable, and I chatted with a representative several times and they indicated there might be a credit or refund but then later I was told there was “nothing they could do,” leaving me to absorb the full financial loss during an already stressful time. They kept saying they had a 30 day policy (even though I booked at 21 days and emergencies have no time frame). I won't ever book this unit again.
