Two bed light & airy flat in central Zone 1, with excellent views over London.
Hello!
My flat (postcode E1) less than a 15 min walk to Tower Hill tube station (Circle/District line), the Tower of London & the historic St Katharine’s Dock with all its restaurants & the beautiful reconstructed 18th century Dickens Inn.
Shoreditch & the lovely Spitalfields Market are a 20 min walk away. The closest station to the flat is Shadwell (on the Docklands Light Railway, accessed via Bank station), and is about a 6 min walk away.
My flat is a very light & bright spacious two bed, with kitchen, living room (I have replaced the tv in the photo) bathroom and separate wc. (The flat is strictly max. 4 persons due to insurance).
There are excellent views from this traditional 1960's tower block. I have a south facing balcony from which you can see Tower Bridge & the London Eye.
The larger bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed, large wardrobes & large mirror and the smaller one has a new standard double bed, wardrobe & large mirror. The bathroom has a good shower in the bath, heated from a combi boiler - you will never run out of hot water!
In the lounge, apart from the amazing views, you’ll find the wifi and tv, an extending dining-table, 4 chairs and a large L-shaped settee. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, new washer/dryer, double oven and hob. There is also a new microwave, kettle, 4 slot toaster & a dab radio.
The flat has been newly updated, including real wood floors and new bathroom. (I have detailed instructions on how to access iPlayer/Netflix upon request.)
I leave towels, washing machine powder, tea, coffee, sugar, cooking basics, kitchen paper, toilet paper & shower gel for your use. There is also a fold-up baby cot, should you require it, & a hairdryer.
East London, and it's fascinating history, has become one of the most fashionable areas of the city. The River Thames & many famous old traditional pubs, such as The Prospect of Whitby, are all close by. There is a very good, large Waitrose supermarket, open late, near by.

We had a great time staying in this apartment. The location was perfect for our needs, close to transportation, grocery and restaurants. It was also close to many sites.The apartment was very comfortable with dramatic view and fun wall artwork. Ian was very reachable and helpful.
The apartment was ideal for our purposes. It is situated within a comfortable walk to the Tower Hill and Shadwell tube stations. The kitchen is well set up for those who like to cook for themselves. Unlike many places, this kitchen was stocked with spices and a few staples. The beds were very comfortable. Communication with our host was exceptional.
Great flat with amazing views over the East End. Tremendous amount of space for London with all the amenities needed for a longer stay. Great communication with the host, close to a number of super markets, and easy to stay in or go out for meals. Tower Hill, Aldgate, White Chapel, and Shadwell DLR all within easy walking distance. Perfect choice.
Beautiful flat, great location. Great views. Very easy to get to DLR and Overground stations. We stayed for a week and had no issues. Ian is a pleasure to work with - very prompt, responsive, informative communication.
This flat was the perfect location for our trip and the amenities were great. Ian was very helpful and made the check in and check out process easy. We had no issues at all. The tube and trains were the easiest to navigate and very inexpensive. We will definitely be back!
Location easy walk to London transit options, Tower of London, and Thames. Beds very comfortable. Shower was excellent too. Perfect for my weekend visit with my daughter and her partner.
Beautiful and comfortable apartment. Host was great and responsive. Neighbourhood was scary and we did not feel safe walking around at night, but okay with the doors locked in the apartment.

We’ve happily lived here for over 20 years and have never had any issues at all. In fact, we often walk home from the theatre or dinner late in the evening and always feel perfectly at ease.
One of the things we love most is how close it is to so many of London’s highlights, while still feeling like a real local community.
The flat is in a nice location, a short walk to several good grocery stores and has nice restaurants nearby. It's close to the Tower of London, several bus routes, and the underground. It's a nice size flat with great views and is in a very secure building. It's a great value for the price and it matches the description perfectly in Vrbo. Ian's communication was great and made self check in very easy. We enjoyed staying in this flat very much and would definitely use it again on our next trip to London.
We truly loved the location. The evening view of the city was fantastic! The city lights were gorgeous. Two grocery stores within a 5 minute walk! We went every day. For us the walk to the underground was 8 minutes. The tower bridge was the same distance, 8 minutes and what a beautiful Riverwalk.
Comfortable, clean, perfect for our family. Access to a kitchen and laundry cleaning was very helpful and the playground right outside was great for when we had a little downtime.
Location is near London Bridge and easily accessible to all areas of London. Great views. All amenities covered. Ian is readily available and offered great advice and information. Highly recommend this stay for individuals and/or families.
