Manor Farm Cottage sleeps 5 in 3 bedrooms being a ground floor barn conversion proving ideal for couples and family groups being suitable for all age groups, located in a quiet and tranquil location with a traditional village pub with walks and cycling from the door

This delightful cottage is situated on the edge of Carperby Village in the heart of Wensleydale and has been converted from the former Manor Farm buildings to provide tasteful accommodation all on ground floor level (Note: There are small 'Step Ups/Downs' into/out of the Cottage and from the Dining area to the Lounge Seating area)

Note: 2 - 3 night Wedding Group accommodation arrangements are our speciality, and you can increase your party size to 13 by taking the adjacent 'Granary' property if available

It features original beamed ceilings and is decorated and tastefully furnished to a 4-star standard being surrounded by open countryside with Aysgarth Falls, Bolton Castle and the Wensleydale Railway within walking distance giving you the ideal base to explore all Wensleydale can offer

Ground Floor: ‘Step Up’ Entrance to Hallway with access to all rooms , spacious lounge with step up to dining area, colour TV with SKY package - fully equipped modern kitchen with electric induction hob & oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave oven, slow cooker and fridge freezer -1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC, 1 twin bedroom, 1 single bedroom, house bathroom with shower & WC

Night storage and panel heating throughout - secure lawned area for young children - BBQ facilities and garden furniture available

Private off-road parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles allocated on site (No Camper Vans) - No Smoking or Vaping in the property - One small well behaved dog allowed in the Property

It is a comfortable property, clean and beautifully located. We all really enjoyed being able to walk to Castle Bolton and a longer walk to Reeth ( we parked one car there to be able to drive back). We would stay here again.

This is our 2nd year stay in this cottage . Excellent location ,plenty of long walks with the dogs . Cottage is ideal accommodation for our needs . This year the weather was good to . (December 27th to Jan 1st )

Beautiful property surrounded by fields, everything you need a few mile away. Would definitely recommend. Cottage as everything you need and was very clean and tidy. Only downside was sofa’s a little low for any with disabilities, having trouble getting up from sitting. Would recommend

Excellent accommodation for us and the dogs . Carperby just a small village with a pub within walking distance and also Aysgarth Falls just 15 mins walk from the cottage . Lots of walks in the area and also just a sort car journey to places like Muker and West Burton . Wensleydale great area to explore.

Perfect spot

A lovely clean and well-maintained property in good surroundings and a great spot to stay for visiting local attractions. Highly recommend the fish and chip van that visits the village on Wednesday evenings - best fish around! Will recommend to friends and may return.
