Fantastic stay near Disney World

We were a party of 7 and stayed at this property for 2 weeks during the UK school holidays and we had a great stay. The kids loved the pool and the fact that every room had a TV so they could always watch cartoons. All the amenities are there and when the dryer became damaged the host replaced it promptly with a brand new one that worked great. It's located in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to Disney World parks and shopping nearby such as Walmart and Publix only 10-15 minutes away.

Thanksgiving in Florida

Our family was looking for a place to rest and enjoy sun and pool ! Was just perfect for us. Quiet neighborhood, nice pool and plenty of space for everyone. Kids love games too.

Pool time

Had a great stay with the family over Christmas. Good layout of the rooms in the house. Of course everyone’s favorite place was the heated pool. Michelle went above and beyond to resolve an issue with the heating on Dec/24, so Christmas was saved!

Super quiet neighborhood

Overall the property is fantastic! This neighborhood is amazingly quiet and serene. It needs a touch of exterior lighting but it’s a beautiful and comfortable :) I do want to let the manager know though that the Keurig in kitchen is broken- we tried 4 different outlets and it wouldn’t turn on. And there is a cut in the screen surrounding the pool- not sure when it was made but it’s on the side closest to the garage.

First time to Kissimmee

If you are looking to be close to restaurants, shopping, etc, this is not the area. The location is definitely in the more rural area. It takes time with back roads and lights. There is a grocery store about 10 minutes away, but there is no major restaurant chains except small fast food, Taco Bell, dunkin, papa johns. I was not pleased that the cable on 2 of the TV’s were not working. For some this is not important, but for our families we wanted down time, so the 2 king rooms television’s were not working. There is also no cleaning products to wipe down, freshen up, etc. . If you want to rent this house and you like to clean through the week, a wipe down, then definitely bring those items. The property manager Michelle is great with communication for sure.

Clean, spacious home with easy access to Orlando/Tampa

We were happy with our 9-day stay. This was our first experience in a rental home and our family was quite pleased. The home was clean, instructions given prior to arrival were very thorough. Location had easy access to Orlando and Tampa attractions. It was a little stretch out (maybe 10-minutes) from hotels we’ve stayed in the past, but nice to drive past all the tourist traffic. Neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing. The kids enjoyed having their own rooms and bathroom. My only complaint was the pool. We paid addtional for a heated pool as this was supposed to be the highlight of our rental. The pool was beautiful for the first 4-days. On day #5 we came home to a lime green pool. I called the rental company, who were nice on the phone and stated the pool day was the following day. So we were waited it out with no swimming that evening. The kids were quite disappointed to come home on day #6 to a cloudy pool they still couldn’t swim in. The pool was not useable the remainder of our trip.

Very responsive host to any questions before and during our stay. Lovely, warm, relaxing, and very private pool. House is about 35-50 minutes from all the Disney parks (morning traffic dependant).

This was our third family holiday visiting the parks and the location of this property has been the best, as it avoids the major roads with traffic and hold ups, making drive times quicker and stress free. The property is in a peaceful neighbourhood with Sandhill cranes visiting most days. Great accommodation and well equipped.

Excellent villa

Excellent villa and location. Property manager Michelle was informative and quick to respond to any questions. The location of Doral Woods is perfect and just far enough away from Disney to be quiet but close to shops and theme parks. Made use of tennis courts on site.

A Perfect Stay: Spacious, Well-Kept & Centrally Located

Our stay was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The house was extremely well-kept. Its central location made it easy to explore nearby shopping and dining options. Even when we accidentally set off the security alarm when checking in late at night, the host was incredibly understanding and easy to communicate with. Overall, we had an awesome time and would highly recommend this property!

GREAT/QUIET location

This was a great place to come back to after a long day of visiting the theme parks. Our first two days we came back and slept (very well). The pool was a good temperature and had a variety of pool toys. This house provided a lot of household items that other rentals lacked (toilet paper/pool towels as a couple of examples).We had a couple of slight uses but were handle quickly. We liked the neighborhood feel and the quietness of the neighborhood.There is some evidence of normal wear and tear, but definitely nothing that would keep up from renting this property again.

Tranquil private pool area

The area was quiet and we felt safe. The pool was by far my favorite area. Screened in with flora that gave privacy. It really was warm all the time .Michelle was easy to work with, cheerful, and responsive.I would stay there again.
