Excellent Company to do business with

My wife and I are retired snowbirds from northern Wisconsin who enjoy spending a portion of our winters in Florida. We have rented our unit through iTrip for the past five years and have already booked for next year. Among other things, we find that their service fees are very reasonable compared to similar companies but more importantly, they are very attentive to your needs should there be an issue with the unit rented. We highly recommend dealing with this company.

Amazing

The house was gorgeous and very clean!!! It was perfect. And the pool was great my daughter loved it after long days at the parks. We absolutely will be staying here again and loved it so much we would love to buy a house in this location one day. Plenty of space for everyone. I can’t tell you enough how happy I am with this rental!! If you book/buy things off of reviews like I do and then even question if this is a real review like I do you don’t have to question this rental it is absolutely amazing!!!!! Perfect location to parks, shopping and restaurants everything you want and need at your fingertips. Book it and don’t hesitate for a second!!!!!

Beautiful Home - Close to Disney

We very much enjoyed our stay at this home. It is a beautiful home in a great community. The home is very clean and spacious, and the theming is very cute and thoughtful. The appliances are great, but just be prepared to bring your own dish and laundry soaps if staying for a while. The private pool is very nice, and it is close proximity to the two community pools.As Disney annual pass holders, we have stayed all around Kissimmee. This is the first time we have stayed this far west down Irlo Bronson. The location is great, and it is very close to Animal Kingdom. Just be aware of the tedious merge onto Irlo Bronson when returning from the parks at night. Traffic is otherwise fine after that. The shops and restaurants have really built up in this area, and there are some excellent choices. Check out Portillo’s, Giordano’s, and Twenty Pho Hour.The only glitch on this stay was that the management company sent us an old entry code for the gate, and the guard station did not have a copy of our reservation. Clearly they did not communicate with the guard station. I would recommend asking the management company to confirm these details when they send you the checkin summary after booking.

Stay for Disney Visit

This was a great condo for us to be able to stay in for our visit to Disney, etc. There were ample restaurants close by, when not using the well equipped kitchen. We all enjoyed the pool at the condo as well as the pools at the clubhouse. The unit was clean and appeared well maintained. Bottom line, we would stay here again….no hesitation!

Disappointed

Brilliant communication, lovely villa however cleaning not great, dirty bed sheets, mouldy and dirty towels- complete with what I can only assume we’re pubic hairs, nail found on the carpet- black so couldn’t have been missed! Surprised to be using a camping kettle too

Hello Christopher, thank you for your review. We are quite surprised by your comments. If you truly found an issue, or as many as you claim why did you not contact us? We provide toll free, cell numbers, email and text as well as 24 hour emergency numbers and you noted "brilliant communication" so we are having a hard time understanding your claims and why you are making them now and find them unfair. Additionally, our cleaning team supervisor visited the property to conduct a check in inspection at 1 45pm and you were already in the property which was not authorized, you told our supervisor that everything was fine so she did not conduct an inspection. Further to our concern with your claims which again, we feel are unfounded. We are also not sure what a camping kettle is but will look at the tea kettle in the home. Thank you.
