Modern, cozy and bright apartment located in the coastal area of Vera town, Almería. It is 7 minutes away from Puerto del Rey Beach and very close to the lagoon with the same name, it is a perfect place to relax.
It has a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa-bed in the living room. This living room includes a flat screen TV and a dining area, from here you can also access the wonderful porch where you can enjoy a pleasant meal. It also includes a fully equipped charming kitchen and bathroom. As well as air conditioning, heating and free Wi-Fi in the accommodation.
The area in which the accommodation is located offers five kilometers of beaches (La Marinas-Bolaga, Puerto Rey, El Playazo, Cala Marqués) with unique characteristics on the Mediterranean coast, internationally recognized for the quality and purity of its waters and the care environment that surrounds them. In this area, the Laguna de Puerto Rey (Mouth of the Antas River) also stands out for its special characteristics as a wetland and the uniqueness of some of the bird species it houses. It is an ideal place to practice beach sports. In addition, next to the accommodation there is a supermarket.
SECURITY BOX ACCESS: We have an automatic check-in system, so you don't have to worry about the arrival time. By means of a code, which is sent prior to your arrival, you can open the safe where the keys are located.We will be glad to help you with everything you might need and will be at your total disposal during your stay.

Apartamento limpio, buena decoración, bien ubicado y fácil acceso aunque hayan otras reseñas que no digan lo mismo, a mi no me costó, lo difícil fue el candado, que pese a introducir la combinación no abría pero al final lo conseguimos. Además hay zona de aparcamiento. Estaba fresco cuando entramos.
