Details:
- Officially licensed nightly rental property - LICENSE NO:STR20250610
- Free parking pass provided for one vehicle - RVs, campers, trailers, etc, are not allowed to be parked in the parking lot.
- The condominium is professionally cleaned and inspected before each guest arrives. Additional services like mid-stay towel change and light cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee.
- The building does not have air conditioning in any of the units. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom.
- All rental units have a NO Pet policy - you will be evicted if you bring one.
- There is a half flight of steps from the parking lot to the elevator that you will have to carry your bags down to get to the condo.
- Direct flights to Hayden/Yampa Valley Airport on United, American, Delta, Southwest, and JetBlue. Otherwise, fly into Denver and enjoy 'Automobile magazine's most beautiful drive - I-70 take route 40 out of Idaho Springs.

Condo was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Had everything we needed. Some unique and fun decor. Hot tub on site easy to access. Could certainly ski back to condo as long as snow is present on side trail. Be aware Walk to slope to start day does take a bit of effort.

Everything was great. It was a short walk to the "base Camp" with lots of restaurants and shopping. The town of Steamboat was less than 10 minutes away. Lots going on. Movie theater and wal-mart was close by.

We loved our stay! The location was a fantastic ski in-out. Very short walk to the run, but you could easily ski right back to your door at the end of the day. The hot tub was so nice to have after skiing all day. And the T Bar is a very short walk away. Always such a fun time in Steamboat!

Nice place, parking is tight, getting to the slopes a bit confusing

Nice quiet place near the near the slopes.Although you get a parking pass the assigned lot was quite full. We had to park in another lot 2 buildings down the first night. We weren't sure if we would get towed or not...It a mystery on how best to get into the condo. (lot of doors and stairs)Also, you have to find a way to the slopes by walking down a bunch of stairs, crossing a small road and then thru another condo project. A bit confusing at first but doable. Pots and pans were dirty and unwashed. Needed a bit of elbow grease and scour pad to clean up before using.

This place was a perfect location for us. It was close to stores and all the fields we needed to go to. The place was cozy and well taken care of. The neighbor's upstairs were noisy at times but calmed down once they left or went to bed. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay!

Very clean with all you could need for easy living! The owners seemed to have thought of everything. Easy to follow check in directions. There was an elevator but getting all luggage and gear in and out wasn’t fun. It’s close to the slope but some walking to get to the lifts. Very handy ski in. Very comfortable overall. We much prefer a king bed versus the queen and the pillows weren’t great. It’s kind of a ‘one butt kitchen’ but totally fine for a short visit. We did four nights.

This was the perfect location, we didn’t rent a car and were easily able to use the free bus to go downtown when needed and could walk to the slopes. Cute place, perfect size for 2 people but could’ve made it work with more people as well.

Nice condo super close to slopes!

We liked this condo! It is in Storm Meadows, building one, right behind Christie Club, so there is a small access road and a building between the condo and the slopes. It’s very easy to ski in, a bit of walk with equipment to get to ski out. But the route is well marked and easy to follow. Host was very good with communication. Great directions to condo and parking. Easy check in and check out. Hot tub was great. Something to note: parking is on 5th floor, condo is on 4th floor, hot tub and ski in/ski out access are on 3rd floor. It’s a bit of schlepping to unpack car from 5th floor parking lot, down steps to entry and then to 4th floor (there is an elevator) and to get gear from 4th floor ski locker to 3rd floor exit to slopes. Not a big deal if you’re staying for a week, but could be less than ideal for a 2 to 3 day stay. And I was traveling as one adult with my two kids, which probably made for more work. :) It’s a good spot with great character and everything clean and in good working order. Plus really anything you’d want for cooking in the condo. We liked it and would stay again, but for a week as opposed to 3 days. 😊

The Perfect Place for a Steamboat Ski Trip

My son and I came to enjoy the long MLK weekend and this property was perfect for us. It is furnished nice for us two and the hosts were incredibly kind and gracious in our communication. It is truly a ski in and walk out but the walk to start your day on “Right of Way” is only about 3-4 minutes. Super easy! The hot tub provided a great end to each day where we met some wonderful people from all across the country. Take advantage of the free Steamboat public transit system. The bus stop at Ski Times Square is easily accessible and provides easy to follow routes to downtown. We will be back and would love to have the opportunity to stay here again.

We have been skiing in Steamboat for many years and love our place so much that we wanted to share it with others when we were not there. Steamboat holds a special place in our hearts which draws us back year after year. We specifically chose this complex for its walkability and ability to ski right back in.

What makes this property unique

The greatest benefit of staying at our condo is that it is slope side. This means you can ski right back to the condo, you can walk down to the village for dinner, or you can catch the local free bus to go downtown. It is so convenient.
