Lovely 3 bedroom ground floor apartment with fantastic location in La Cala de Mijas.
The apartment is modern furnished and contains what you need for a lovely holiday. There is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped, you will have available an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc. Next to the kitchen you have the living room which contains a dining area and a cosy sofa area where there is a Smart TV. There is direct access to the terrace a beautiful area which has a dining room table and 2 sunbeds ideal to enjoy a great family time.

There is Wi-Fi and air-condition throughout the apartment.
Within the urbanización there is a lovely green area with many palm trees and access to the community swimming pool and kids pool which is available the whole year.
This apartment has a fantastic location, there is a supermarket (Lidl) less than 200 meters from the apartment, and there are many restaurants within 1 km. The beach of La Butibamba is the closest one to the apartment 1km away.
This area is also popular between golfers and there are several golf courses within short distances.
A lovely holiday apartment, due to its facilities and location, and is ideal for a comfortable stay at all times of the year.

Beautiful, well equipped and very clean apartment set in lovely well kept grounds with a well kept pool and the complex was very peaceful. The accommodation is walking distance to large Lidl supermarket making it easy to pick up fresh supplies daily. A short walk to a gteat selection of bars and restaurants something to suit everyone. The brach is very close by or a 10 minute walk into La Calla. This is the second time i have stayed at this apartment and it will not be my last it is a perfect place to relax I love it.
This apartment is everything the site details and more. Pristine condition, spacious, well equipped, very peaceful but a short walk to bars, restaurants and beaches. Rental agents very helpful and accommodating we could not have asked for more and will definitely revisit as soon as possible I highly recommend it we have had a fabulous stay 😀 😊
A large comfortable apartment in a quiet but convenient location on the edge of Cala de Mijas but near shops, bars and restaurants and only a 10 minute walk to the beach and coastal path. The three bedrooms were all a decent size but only two have wardrobes, with the other having a set of drawers only. The beds were comfortable but all the rooms are twin beds - the master has two singles, with memory foam toppers, pushed together and a large sheet covering them. Both showers are powerful, with plenty of hot water, but the 2nd shower room has a very small sink so we needed to share the master athroom whe our infant granddaughter's were visiting for a week - not a major issue but could be a bottleneck if 6 adults, or older children, are sharing the apartment. The terrace is HUGE, and gets a .ot of sun
I booked for an extended stay of 85 nights, but I should have experienced the property first before booking this amount of time.
The property has so many small annoyances that it makes for a poor experience.
The Positives:
The terrace is huge and gets the sunshine from 10am-3pm.
The location is convenient for Lidl and a short walk to the beach.
The kitchen has plenty of cutlery and crockery so cooking was easy.
The negatives:
The hot water runs out after 1 shower, so if there’s multiple people get use to cold showers.
All the beds are single beds. Even the double bed is just 2 single beds next to each other.
There’s a window security gate that doesn’t lock, which means you have to keep the shutter down to keep your belongings secure.
The door from the kitchen to the washing machine is broken, so the gate had to be permanently locked and it lets in some of the cold at night.
There’s no key from the complex to the underground garage, so it’s inconvenient cause you have to walk down the ramp that you drive up/down.
Some of the jacuzzi jets in the bath are sharp due to wear and tear, so for my son who’s a toddler, we resorted to giving him baths in a paddling pool.
For a weekend getaway with friends I might overlook these faults, but for a family break of 1 week or more I would select another property next time.
Nous avons bien aimé l'Andalousie mais la température était exécrable, de la pluie presqu'à tous les jours. Ce qui était anormal pour le temps de l'année.L'appartement que nous avons loué était petit bien que nous ayons été seulement 2 adultes. Les salles de bain inconfortables. La Télé fonctionnait très bien. L'hôte a bien répondu à nos demandes.
