Great property, brilliant location

Really great place to stay, easy reach of battersea power station and central London. Unfortunately the WiFi didn't work but didn't affect out stay. Would definitely recommend!

Nice accommodations!

Nice accommodations in London. Very convenient to bus lines. Battersea is a lovely community. Would have liked to have hand towels and wash cloths in bathrooms. Toiletries (shampoo and soap) would have been nice. We had no hot water the second day and night. Nicely decorated, kitchen well stocked.

Great place to stay. Liked that each of the 3 couples had there own bathroom and bedroom! Walking distance to market and restaurants. One down side. Disappointed with comunication with owner. Called about lighting not working in one of the bathrooms. There was no responce.

Good location and lot's of space!

The flat is in a good location, and there's plenty of space. Lovely ivory leather sofa and nice TV in the front area. Large table seating for 6. No keurig, but a kettle to heat water. No paper towels or dishwasher soap. So bring your own. 3BR with comfy beds, but no chairs or luggage racks in the BR. Would still recommend.

We like to keep our properties stocked with as many little things as we can and I'm quite confused why there were no paper towels or dishwasher soap, usually that's the first things the housekeepers restock!

Weeklong stay at Battersea

When we arrived the check in process was smooth but once we entered the home the place was a wreck. Marijuana on the tables, trash throughout the kitchen. No rooms had been cleaned. Kitchen sink full of dishes. Towels all over floor in bathroom. One sink was clogged with cigarette butts. Home was thick with smoke smell. We were not able to stay there as we had an infant and an immunocompromised adult. We had to find somewhere else to stay that day for a weeklong trip in London. We've been told we would get a full refund but have not seen that as of yet.

Good location but tired property

The initial impression isn’t good as the front garden is overgrown & uncared for (overflowing bins). However the house itself did tick all the boxes and did what we asked of it. However, it feels tired and could do with some care. There were no tea towels, the loo roll holder fell off, the stair rail is very loose, the light didn't work in the ensuite bathroom. Its clear its a 'serviced property' but I think we are so used to these type of houses being 'home from home' that this was a bit of a disappointment. That said, the location was great - just 10 mins from the fantastic Battersea Park and 30 min walk from the Power Station with the Uber Boat stop. Lovely deli arond the corner, a fab pub just by the park and a Co-Op opposite. Would not book again but the house certainly didnt spoil our enjoyment of London.
