On the street you can park without difficulties.

You can find supermarkets, quality fruits and vegetables, restaurants and bars in Vilanova and Geltru (5 minutes drive from the Villa).

The Villa is a 12-minute drive from the center of Sitges.

Sitges with its micro climate usually offers temperatures from 20 to 22º at noon from November to March. With its South-West orientation and being very sunny all day, Villa Colibri is ideal for getaways of 3, 4, 5 days from November to March. Its rate is very tight in these periods.

We have very attractive monthly rates in low season from 1 month to 5 months (15/10 to 15/04)! Consult them!

Important Aspects of Payments and Fees

At Weekly Villas, we strive to offer you the best value for your stay, ensuring that you pay only for the services you truly need. Our basic rental rate includes everything necessary for an excellent stay. If you wish to add additional services, we detail the extra costs for each below:

1. Payment Methods: You can pay by credit card (3% surcharge) or by bank transfer. The Vrbo Assistance service can be booked with both payment methods, allowing you to use their customer service and support during your stay.

2. Cleaning Costs:
- Two-week stays: Intermediate cleaning: 2 hours, performed by 2 people, midway through the stay, cost 80 €. Complete final cleaning: at the end of the second week, cost 350 €.
- Three-week stays: Two intermediate cleanings (one midway through the first week and another midway through the second week), each costing 80 €. Complete final cleaning: at the end of the third week, cost 350 €.
- One-month stays: Three intermediate cleanings: one intermediate cleaning at the end of each week, each costing 80 €. Complete final cleaning: at the end of the month, cost 350 €.

3. Tourist Tax: 1€ per adult per day for the first 7 days.

4. Low Season Expenses: During the low winter season (from 15/10 to 15/04), a heating surcharge based on actual consumption will be applied, amounting to 300€ per week. The energy consumption for monthly stays costs 800€ per month based on actual consumption.

5. Late Check-in (from 20:00 to 24:00): Surcharge of 45€.

6. Late Check-in (after 24:00): Surcharge of 70€.

7. Surcharge for 8 or more people: 15€ per person per day in June, July, and August.

8. Pets: Surcharge of 100€ per week.

9. Surcharge for Short Stays that Include New Year's Eve: 250€.

10. Refundable Damage Deposit: 1000€ for weekly bookings and 1500€ for monthly bookings, refundable 7 days after check-out.
