One of the few new builds so close to the beach. Located at the end of a quiet cul de sac, in a private gated development of 5 other similar rental villas. Rubbish must be taken out daily to avoid ants . Bins are located at the bottom of the road.No extra guests and no pets without prior agreement.
Electric cars cannot be charged at the villa without agreement,if not agreed you will be charged 20 euros per day.

In our opinion some of the best months to rent are off season without the hustle and bustle, the weather is still good and perfect for golfers who still want family accommodation.
