Very friendly host, fine flat

The apartment ist a very comfortable and quiet place with a great sight above the sea and the old town of siracuse. On clear days, you can see the etna. Santi is a friendly and always helpful host. A car is needed to get what you need and reach beautiful beaches. Siracuse offers a lot of restaurants und supermarkets. Claudia and Marie-Luise

My absolute favorite place!

The apartment is lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant vacation. The description and pictures correspond to reality. The sea view is BREATHTAKING! You simply arrive and immediatly feel at home. The surroundings are quiet and the cleanliness is FIRST-CLASS! Two beautiful smaller beaches are within walking distance. The old town of Syracuse is about a quarter of an hour away by car. The same applies to the larger sandy beaches to the south. The location was perfect for us! Many thanks to Santi for the many good tips. We would love to come back!

Die Objektbeschreibung entsprach den tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten. Die Ausstattung von dem Appartement ist gut. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und daraus folgend, hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Der Vermieter ist bestrebt die Wünsche seiner Gäste zu erfüllen. Er ist seinen Gästen gegenüber sehr aufmerksam und umsichtig. Sollten wir uns noch einmal für Sizilien entscheiden, dann wäre dieses Objekt unsere erste Wahl.

Was sollen wir noch ergänzen :))) Es ist schon vieles geschrieben und wir können dem nur zustimmen und bestätigen. Einfach nur traumhaft! Santi ist immer präsent ohne aufdringlich zu sein und reagiert immer sofort auf Fragen oder Empfehlungen. Ein toller und professioneller Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail, alles ist da, was einen den Urlaub nur schöner und gemütlicher machen kann. WLAN funktioniert sehr gut. Wunderbar. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser Unterkunft und können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Der Kontakt im Voraus war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. Der Check-in verlief absolut reibungslos, und wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Santi ist ein fantastischer Gastgeber, der uns mit wertvollen Tipps zur Region versorgt hat. Das Apartment selbst war makellos sauber, sehr komfortabel und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Der Ausblick durch das Panoramafenster im Wohnzimmer und der Blick vom Balkon waren einfach atemberaubend und für uns nahezu unbezahlbar. Die Lage des Hauses war perfekt, um die gesamte Region zu erkunden. Ein kleiner Sandstrand in einer idyllischen Bucht war in nur 5 Gehminuten erreichbar und bot uns jeden Tag die Möglichkeit, morgens eine Runde zu schwimmen oder abends den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus waren ausgezeichnet, und die ruhige, sichere Umgebung hat unseren Aufenthalt zusätzlich bereichert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wundervolle Woche

Wir - kleine Familie mit Kind - hatten eine wirklich tolle Woche in Santis sehr sauberen, voll ausgestatteten und gemütlichen Wohnung! Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich wunderbar, der Ausblick jeden Tag wieder beeindruckend schön! Santi war wirklich ein toller Gastgeber - immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit! Wir würden immer wieder kommen!

Tutto perfetto!

La casa di Santi è molto accogliente e super accessoriata. Si trova a 15 minuti di auto dal centro di Siracusa in una zona piuttosto tranquilla e a due passi dalle calette del parco del Plemmirio, ideali per chi vuole stare in mezzo alla natura e fare snorkeling. Abbiamo soggiornato nel trilocale, molto spazioso. Al suo interno ci sono due camere e due bagni di cui uno all'interno di una camera, inoltre un ampio salone con vetrate incantevoli vista mare. La cucina è piccolina ma ha tutto l'occorrente necessario, persino sale spezie e caffè. L'appartamento regala splendide viste sul mare ad ogni ora della giornata, specialmente al tramonto. Santi è un host disponibile che, con i suoi consigli e indicazioni, ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero confortevole. È stato un piacere conoscerlo e alloggiare nel suo appartamento che per una settimana abbiamo sentito nostro!

Top Apartment mit super Gastgeber

Das Apartment ist ruhig gelegen, was für uns, ruhesuchende Urlauber, perfekt ist. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen. Die Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer und dem Balkon mit Sitzmöglichkeit ist wunderschön. Sonst hat die Wohnung alles an Ausstattung, was im Alltag benötigt wird. Zu empfehlen ist ein Auto, damit ist der nächste Supermarkt (Lidl und Maxistore) in 15 min zu erreichen. 2 Strände sind zu Fuß in 2-5min zu erreichen. Wir verbrachten sehr schöne 10 Tage in dem Apartment und können es wärmstens empfehlen.

Saubere, schöne Wohnung mit einem sehr fürsorglichen Vermieter. Blick auf die Bucht von Syrakus und bei guter Sicht auf den Ätna. Zwei kleine Strände zu Fuß zu erreichen (in 2 bzw. 5 Minuten). Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Wir haben uns in dieser sehr schönen Wohnung wirklich wohl gefühlt und den tollen Blick auf die Bucht von Sirakusa sehr genossen. Die Wohnung lag in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel. Der Vermieter Santi war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und man konnte sich rundum wohlfühlen. Vielleicht eine Spülmaschine hätte uns noch gefehlt. Der Weg zu zwei kleinen Badestränden war sehr kurz und zu Fuß in fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto war man auch bald an größeren Stränden. Die Gegend bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge. Besonders der Ätna war sehr beeindruckend.

Perfekter Urlaub mit Kind

Wir wurden von Santi unheimlich nett und unkompliziert empfangen und haben uns sofort willkommen und heimisch gefühlt. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Der kleine "Hausstrand" ist 2 Minuten und der etwas größere ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles war perfekt. Vielen Dank an Santi für die wertvollen Tipps und seine Herzlichkeit

Sehr schöne Tage in Siracusa

Wir hatten 8 sehr schöne Tage in Siracusa in der tollen Wohnung vom Santi. Den Vorgänger Rezessionen kann ich nur zustimmen. Der Blick vom Balkon ist wirklich alleine eine Reise wert. Wir fanden die Strände Vorort sehr schön. Sie sind zwar nicht mit Liegestühlen und einer Bar ausgestattet, dafür waren wir jeden Tag vorm Frühstück beim Frühschwimmen in Richtung Sirakus. 2min Fußweg. Spektakulär! Als zweiter Strand ist der Minarett Strand in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Links Luxushotel, rechts das normale italienische Leben. Auch sehr schön zum Schnorcheln. Siracusa ist von der Wohnung in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar, auf dem Weg dahin liegt ein sehr großer Supermarkt. Als Ausflug kann ich noch die Cava Grande empfehlen. Alles in Allem kann ich eine volle Empfehlung für die Wohnung aussprechen. Grazie Santi per l'ospitalità :-)

Most wonderful family vacation, swim swim swim!!!

We stayed for a week with 2 teenage sons. Wonderful location, quiet, very private, 3 minutes walk to the beach, we would mot even change from swimming suits going home. Beautiful huge living room with view on the sea, pines and blooming trees, to hang out, have dinner and enjoying each other company and large bedrooms for taking breaks. Always plenty of hot water in the shower with good water pressure. Easy parking right by the house. Also within short waking is another beautiful beach ( we preferred one right in front of the house though) and few decent restaurants. There are beautiful sunsets every night. AC works fine, much appreciated as we had a very hot days. WiFi works, washing machine, TV, everything as it should be. Beds are very comfortable . Our wonderful host, Santi, was very reliable, spoke good English, always available when we had questions about local ways. Definitely coming back next time year but we will book earlier, as it was booked solid through the summer. Very happy with our stay, thank you Santi!

Sonnenuntergang am Plimmerio

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, dass fast alles vorhanden ist. Der Gesang der Vögel am morgen ist beeindruckend. Abends ist die Sicht von der Terasse so faszinierend. Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Santi ist ein unglaublich hervorkommender und netter Host. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber. Es empfiehlt sich unbedingt ein Auto zu mieten, da man etwa mit 10-15 Min Fahrweg in die Stadt rechnen muss. Dafür ist die Umgebung aber wunderschön idyllisch und schöne Strände in fußläufiger Nähe

Perfekter Urlaub!

Un soggiorno tranquillo vicino a molti luoghi di interesse.
