The Broadstairs Whitehouse is a large, modern, well equipped five bedroom house. It is ideal for families or groups of up to ten people, with a large garden, outdoor dining space, jacuzzi and small children's play area. The house is in the perfect location for your seaside break in Broadstairs, with the main high street and all shops, restaurants, bars and cafes just a 2 minute walk away. The central location means that Broadstairs main beach and sands is less than 10 minute walk, and it is only 6 minutes walk from Broadstairs mainline train station, which is on the High Speed 1 Service from London St Pancras (with services taking approximately 1hr 15mins from London). This home is the perfect place to base your group to enjoy everything that Broadstairs has to offer. The neighboring towns of Margate and Ramsgate are both less than 15 minutes by car or one stop on the train, which means you can easily enjoy the whole of the East Kent coast. Local buses also run from the main high street, so there are plenty of options to get around and explore.
Inside, the house is bright, modern and well setup. It has four main bedrooms with a total of 6 beds (plus an additional bed in the self-contained annexe). These are setup as follows: 1 x king-size bed in the master ensuite bedroom; 1 x king-size bedroom; 1 x twin bedded room (which can be adjusted to a superking if needed); and 1 x bunk bed. There is a large main bathroom with shower, plus the ensuite shower room to the master bedroom. The fifth living area is an ensuite self-contained annexe with 2 x single beds en-suite with a hot electric shower and sink with cold running water (no hot in sink) plus a WC.
The main living, kitchen and dining areas are clean and bright, and well equipped for groups with plenty of space for everyone to relax, socialise or entertain. The large central kitchen island is the perfect dining space, and looks out onto the garden areas with bi-folding patio doors.
There is a tv room adjoined to the kitchen, and a lounge/sitting room at the front of the house which is perfect for relaxing with a book, or to play some board games.
The garden has a jacuzzi which you are welcome to use, and a gas bbq in the outdoor dining space. At the end of the garden there is a small children's play area with swings and a slide on the grass.
We often welcome dogs into the property, however please notify us if you plan to bring your dog(s) with you, as we will require an additional deposit, and will need to ask a few questions before you arrive and before confirming your booking.
A Security deposit of £300 may be asked for depending on group size, pets staying and or historic reviews, this will be taken with ID on our encrypted GDPR compliant system.
