Immerse yourself in nature with on-site nature trails, bike rides and water sports, which can be booked via the Activity Hub (recommended pre-booking during summer months).
Providing accommodation for up to 12 guests this property is the perfect spot to enjoy a hot tub holiday any time of year.

The versatile accommodation in this contemporary home provides space for 10-12 guests including kids bunk room, double room with en-suite and 2 sofa beds in the ground floor living area. Completing the downstairs accommodation is the family bathroom (bath with shower over).

The large decking area is the perfect spot for cocktails in the evening and provides lake access during the day.

Put your feet up in front of the fire on the first floor living area or enjoy the views of the Estate from the large balcony. The large open plan living space is light and welcoming with fully kitted kitchen for you to entertain your guests. Completing the first floor is a King room with separate shower room and guest toilet.

The second floor provides a further super-king room and large en-suite shower room. The super king room can be split into two large single beds if required.

This property is one of our sought-after holiday homes with a hot tub, creating the perfect way to relax while taking in the breath-taking views.

Overton Island is a brand new addition to Silverlake and Habitat Escapes! As such, there are still properties and areas of the island and wider estate that are undergoing final elements of construction, so whilst this property is fully completed, you will see construction, machinery and workers on or around the island between 0730 and 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday. Please do abide by any signage relating to construction areas. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with a member of the Habitat Escapes Team.

Long weekend at Overton Island

Drake’s Nest was a fabulous place to sat with multi-generational family. The house is well equipped and the rooms tastefully decorated. Communal areas provide a great social space. Rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. Habitat escapes environment is lovely with plenty to do. The spa, bar, gym and pool excellent. Staff at the site office are friendly and helpful. Hot tub a real bonus. We'll be back. Thank you.
